Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de fabrication et de pose d'une plinthe de sol, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    disposition d'une baguette profilée (6) dont le contour correspond au contour extérieur de la plinthe (18) à fabriquer, à une distance souhaitée d'une cloison (4) sur le sol (2), la baguette profilée (6), le sol (2) et la cloison (4) formant un moule de coulée,
    fixation de la baguette profilée (6) sur le sol (2),
    coulée de matériau liquide de plinthe dans la cavité entre la cloison (4) et la baguette profilée (6),
    durcissement du matériau de plinthe,
    détachement de la baguette profilée à partir de la plinthe (18) réalisée et
    enlèvement de la baguette profilée (6), caractérisé par
    l'utilisation d'une baguette profilée qui, dans la zone supérieure, s'incline vers le haut et vers l'extérieur en s'éloignant de la cloison de sorte que l'ouverture de remplissage s'élargit.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est utilisé une baguette profilée (6) avec pied (8) et en ce que la fixation de la baguette profilée s'effectue sur le pied.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la baguette profilée (6) est fixée sur le sol au moyen d'un ruban adhésif (16) et/ou par l'application d'un poids sur le pied ou bien par chevillage.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, comme poids, on utilise un tuyau rempli de sable ou de liquide.
  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une tige creuse ou un tuyau est inséré(e) avant la coulée.
  6. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, avant la coulée, des pièces d'écartement sont enfichées entre la baguette profilée et la cloison et sont retirées après la coulée.
  7. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une baguette profilée en matière plastique est utilisée.
  8. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une baguette profilée en métal est utilisée.
  9. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau de sol en liège pouvant être coulé est utilisé.
  10. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau de sol en matière plastique pouvant être coulé est utilisé.
  11. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la plinthe est fabriquée avant la pose du revêtement du sol.
  12. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la plinthe est fabriquée après la pose du revêtement du sol.
  13. Baguette profilée (6) pour la fabrication d'une plinthe coulée selon le procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 12, comprenant un contour (10, 12) qui correspond au contour extérieur de la plinthe (18) à fabriquer, caractérisée en ce qu'une branche (14) dirigée vers le haut et vers l'extérieur est prévue à l'extrémité supérieure en tant qu'aide au remplissage.
