Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines werksseitig vorgefertigten streifenförmigen Wandhochzuges (5) aus Kunststoff, PVC, Kautschuk, Linoleum oder artverwandten Stoffen, bestehend aus den Arbeitsschritten:maschineller StreifenzuschnittEinzug des Streifens in eine Formgebungsvorrichtung zur Biegung entlang seiner Längsachseaufbringen eines Kantenstützkeils (8) im konvexen Biegungsbereich des Streifens, bevorzugt innerhalb der Formgebungsvorrichtung.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wandhochzuges (5) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch kennzeichnet, dass der Kantenstützkeil (8) in einem Heizblock aus Schmelzkleber geformt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wandhochzuges (5) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Streifen in der Formgebungsvorrichtung vor dem aufbringen des Kantenstützkkeils (8) im Biegungsbereich (7) angewärmt wird.
- Verfahren z ur H erstellung eines s treifenförmigen Wandhochzuges ( 5) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wandhochzug (5) nach dem Aufbringen des Kantenstützkeils (8) innerhalb der Formgebungsvorrichtung abgekühlt wird.
- Werkseitig vorgefertigter Wandhochzug (5) für Bodenbeläge aus Kunststoff, PVC, Kautschuk, Linoleum oder artverwandten Stoffen, zur Herstellung eines feuchtigkeitsdichten Wandabschlusses, wobei der Wandhochzug (5) aus streifenförmigem Zuschnitt desselben Materials gefertigt ist aus dem der Bodenbelag (4) besteht, und wobei der Wandhochzug (5) und der Bodenbelag (4) im Stoß (6) durch Herstellung einer Schweißnaht miteinander verbunden werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wandhochzug (5) entlang seiner Längsachse im rechten Winkel gebogen ist und entlang des konvexen Biegungsbereiches (7) mit einem Kantenstützkeil (8) beschichtet ist.
- Wandhochzug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kantenstützkeil (8) aus einem dauerelastischen Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt ist.
- Wandhochzug nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kantenstützkeil (8) aus Schmelzklebstoff gefertigt ist.
- Wandhochzug nach Ans pruch 5, 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kantenstützkeil (8) an seiner höchsten Stelle eine Stärke von bis zu 8 mm, bevorzugt bis zu 5 mm aufweist.
- Wandhochzug nach Anspruch 5, 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kantenradius des Wandhochzuges (5) kleiner als 35 mm, bevorzugt kleiner als 22 mm ist und besonders bevorzugt 18 mm beträgt.
- Wandhochzug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im rechten Winkel zueinander ausgerichteten Abschnitte des Wandhochzuges (5) ein Breitenverhältnis von 10 cm zu 10 cm oder von 10 cm zu 6 cm haben.
