Definitions
- the invention relates to a plate and a method for producing a raised floor, in which a plurality of such plates joined together immediately give the floor space of the floor.
- Raised floors are known as slabs acting as permanent formwork, e.g. Wood-based panels, compassionnotem and on this screed, preferably Liquid screed, to apply, after curing the intended Supporting function of the floor takes over. Furthermore, there are cavity floors known in which on site a sub-layer of gypsum-bound Paper fiber plates is raised and laid over a top layer gypsum-bound paper fiber plates placed offset in a gap and flat with the Underlayer is glued. The operation of these known Raised floors is costly and time consuming.
- From CH 523397 is a building board for the production of a dry screed known, which consists of two plasterboard of the same shape and size, the arranged offset from each other.
- the building panels consist e.g. from one fourfold cardboard layer with gypsum core. Laying these building boards to make the dry screed is quick and easy too accomplish.
- Object of the present invention is to improve the performance of a Plate for making a raised floor by the laid panels gets its support function, to improve. This object is achieved by the plate according to claim 1.
- the plate according to the invention from the outset a Composite panel is, the top and bottom plate below Forming a fold are adhesively bonded, need at the production of raised floor panels only with each other overlapping folds to be joined together. Additional adhesive work or the application of a screed in the manner described are unnecessary, because the plates in the laid state the Wing of the floor form, over which a utility or Wear layer can be applied immediately. A additional connection, z. B. by gluing or staples in However, the fold areas is not excluded.
- the Slabs provide the support function of the floor due the described sandwich construction in which the Lower plate a pronounced bending tensile strength, the Upper plate, however, a pronounced bending compressive strength unfolded.
- the pronounced tensile strength of the lower plate is based essentially on the reinforcement with the material Wood, which is also one compared to for example Paper fibers results in a more favorable elastic behavior. This also results in a better Nachfedern the Sub-plate, which remains a lasting for a long time Deformation of the soil prevented.
- the pronounced Pressure resistance of the top plate is mainly due the proportion of gypsum causes, but sometimes depending on the nature of chosen reinforcing fibers through this. This results the ability to increase the fiber content in the top plate reduce. As fiber content for the top plate come from Cost reasons, for example, paper fibers into consideration. However, fibers made of wood, glass, Plastic and metal conceivable.
- top plate and bottom plate As a result of the bonding of top plate and bottom plate, the flat or in a surface or strip grid is made, gives the misplaced totality of the plates a floor qualitatively in his behavior floor space created by floating screed is equal.
- top and bottom Base plate with its special mechanical properties it also allows the thickness of top and bottom plate to choose differently. For example, it is possible without affecting the load capacity of the floor Total plate thickness, for example, 33 mm realize. Especially for raised floors, whose cavity because of space constraints is usually limited, therefore be gained up to an inch of additional height. This does not facilitate the accommodation of necessary installation.
- the gluing of the top plate with the lower plate takes place already in the factory.
- an adhesive come either one or Two-component adhesive or dispersion adhesive for Application. Because this bonding under factory Conditions are running, the glue can be more economical than at a bonding made on the construction site consumed. In addition, let the health regulations in the factory considerably easier to keep, so that in total also from this one Reduction of production costs results.
- the bond can be fully enclosed between upper and Lower plate to be executed. However, it is firm a strip or dot-like bonding, the latter in a certain grid, in most cases sufficient. Conveniently, run in a rectangular Design of top and bottom plate the streaky applied adhesive tape areas parallel to the longer Side of the rectangle. In a Auflagerung the plate in each case Impact area is thereby the absorption capacity of the plate supported for the longitudinal bending moment greater. A further increase in the bondability of the bond is achieved when the surfaces to be bonded together rough from top and bottom plate, e.g. are rough.
- the fiber content of the top and bottom plate respectively not more than 15%.
- Plaster-bound plates with paper or Wood fiber content is commercially available.
- FIG. 1 the whole of FIG designated inventive plate from a top plate. 2 and a lower plate, which respect their Area dimensions equal, i. are congruent and Have rectangular shape.
- the top plate 2 is relative to the Sub-base 3 offset so that both on the Long side and on the transverse side of the lower plate 3 with their surface over a strip of certain width (here eg 5 cm) is exposed.
- the equivalent on the respective opposite longitudinal or transverse side exposing each of a corresponding strip of the lower surface of the Top plate 2.
- These exposed strips make one Longitudinal fold 4 or 4 'and a transverse fold 5 or 5'.
- In this Condition are upper plate 2 and lower plate 3 with each other bonded. The bonding can be over the entire surface of each other overlapping areas are present. Conveniently, is in the present embodiment, however, a Glue applied in the form of parallel strips, the Adhesive strip parallel to the folds 4, 4 'extend.
- Fig. 2 illustrates the mutual overlap of a floor laid panels 1.
- the lower plate 3 a gypsum-bonded chipboard or fiberboard is, a thickness of 15 mm, while the top plate 2, the one gypsum-bonded Textilmaschineplätte is, a thickness of 18 mm having.
- the lower surface of the lower plate 3 is smooth, while its surface 3 'is roughened by grinding. Accordingly, the lower surface 2 'of the top plate 2 is rough.
- the surfaces opposite the rough surfaces the two plates can be laminated, z. With films, which withstand the occurring loads. Therefor For example, PE or aluminum foils are suitable.
