Description
Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen mehrfarbiger Betonsteine, bei dem aus einem Silo (1) eingefärbter Betonmörtel in einen ersten Aufnahmeraum (10) eines Füllwagens (5) gefüllt, der Füllwagen (5) bis über ein Formwerkzeug (8) für die Betonsteine verfahren und das Formwerkzeug (8) mit Betonmörtel aus dem Füllwagen (5) aufgefüllt wird, wonach der Füllwagen (5) zurückgefahren und der im Formwerkzeug (8) befindliche Betonmörtel verdichtet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in mindestens einen zusätzlichen zweiten Aufnahmeraum (11) des Füllwagens (5) anders farbiger Betonmörtel eingefüllt, der auf den aus dem ersten Aufnahmeraum (10) stammenden Betonmörtel mittels wenigstens einer nach einem vorgegebenen Ablauf drehend angetriebenen, quer zum Verfahrweg des Füllwagens (5) sich erstreckenden Verteilerwalze (12) in das Formwerkzeug (8) eingebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Verteilerwalze (12)während des Zurückfahrens des Füllwagens (5) gedreht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehzahl der Verteilerwalze (12) abhängig vom Verfahrweg des Füllwagens (5) gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehzahl der Verteilerwalze (12) abhängig von der Verfahrgeschwindigkeit des Füllwagens (5) gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in wenigstens einem Aufnahmeraum (3a, 3b) des Silos (1) unterschiedlich gefärbte Schichten aus Betonmörtel angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem derAnsprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Formwerkzeug (8) zunächst mit Grobbeton gefüllt wird, der verdichtet wird, wonach das Formwerkzeug (8) mit eingefärbten Betonmörtel aufgefüllt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen mehrfarbiger Betonsteine, mit einem Silo (1) mit einem unterseitigen Auslaß für Betonmörtel und einem unterseitig offenen Füllwagen (5), der über ein Tischblech (6) zwischen einer Stellung unter dem Auslaß des Silos (1) und einer Stellung über einem Formwerkzeug (8) für die Betonsteine verfahrbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Silo (1) in Richtung quer zum Verfahrweg des Füllwagens (5) durch wenigstens eine Zwischenwand (2a, 2b) in wenigstens zwei Aufnahmeräume (3a, 3b) für Betonmörtel unterteilt ist, die jeweils mit einem unterseitigen verschließbaren Auslaß versehen sind, wobei der Füllwagen (5) in eine entsprechende Anzahl von entsprechend angeordneten, nach unten offenen Aufnahmeräumen (10, 11) quer zu seinem Verfahrweg unterteilt ist, von denen wenigstens einer auslaßseitig eine sich quer zum Verfahrweg des Füllwagens (5) erstreckende, antreibbare Verteilerwalze (12) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Silo (1) in Richtung des Verfahrwegs des Füllwagens (5) durch wenigstens eine Zwischenwand (2b) unterteilt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilerwalze (12) in Abhängigkeit vom Verfahrweg des Füllwagens (5) antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilerwalze (12) in Abhängigkeit von der Verfahrgeschwindigkeit des Füllwagens (5) antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Vorhandensein mehrerer Verteilerwalzen (12) diese unabhängig voneinander antreibbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Verteilerwalze (12) in beiden Drehrichtungen antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß querzum Verfahrweg des Füllwagens (5) benachbarte Aufnahmeräume (10, 11) des Füllwagens (5) gemeinsam oder getrennt antreibbare Verteilerwalzen (12) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeräume (10, 11) des Füllwagens (5) zumindest teilweise in auswechselbaren, Verteilerwalzen (12) tragenden Gehäusen (15) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Eintrittsbereich für Betonmörtel zur Verteilerwalze (12) verengt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verteilerwalze (12) sich über deren Länge und auswärts erstreckende Stege (18) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (18) gerade sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (18) zur Radialrichtung bezüglich der Verteilerwalze (12) mit variierender Neigung verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (18) wendelförmig entlang des Umfangs der Verteilerwalze (12) verlaufen.
