Definitions
- the invention relates to sound-absorbing components according to the preamble of claim 1, a noise barrier of such sound-absorbing components according to the preamble of claim 7 and a method for producing this noise barrier according to the preamble of claim 8.
- From the DE 37 27 947 C2 is a sound-absorbing concrete element known with at least one cover plate of aerated concrete and an associated support plate made of normal concrete, wherein the front of the cover plate is structured with projections and recesses.
- the cover plate of the DE 37 27 947 C2 are arranged in areas of wells strip-shaped absorption body. Disadvantages of the sound-absorbing concrete elements according to the DE 37 27 947 C2 are the expensive and elaborate production whose high Weight due to their high proportion of concrete and their high minimum wall thickness, so that these sound-absorbing concrete elements are only limited applicability.
- the CH-A-671 054 discloses sound-absorbing components with a support plate and a support plate on one side covering intent shell, which is designed as a rugged front layer with pyramidal indentations, the indentations should break incident sound beams, which should then be absorbed in the interior of the rugged front layer.
- a support layer arranged under the front layer is made of fired and sintered expanded clay.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a noise barrier without the disadvantages of the prior art.
- the solution is made with a method for producing a noise barrier with the features of claim 1.
- the front shell has expanded glass and is flat on the outside for installation, in particular in confined spaces.
- the support plate allows the large-area, stable assembly of expanded glass, so that their use for noise protection systems for road and rail is possible, the sound-absorbing components with increasing sound-absorbing surface are each cheaper.
- the sound-absorbing component according to the invention is significantly lighter and significantly less thick-walled than the sound-absorbing components made of concrete with the facing shell of expanded glass with a high sound absorption capacity DE 37 27 947 C2 and thus the sound-absorbing component according to the invention can also be used advantageously where sound-absorbing concrete components according to the DE 37 27 947 C2 would be eliminated from other solutions for design or cost reasons.
- the facing shell made of expanded glass has evaluated sound absorption degrees of 0.9 to 1.00 according to DIN EN ISO 11654, so that the invention, sound-absorbing components are also suitable for high-absorbing noise barriers.
- a noise protection wall which is covered on both sides with the facing shell of expanded glass, is provided by opposing locations of the facing shell, plate-shaped Blähglasierin substantially parallel next to each other and in a preferably vertically arranged formwork, vertical pouring of the support plate forming concrete of a preset minimum thickness of the two-sided intent shells in the formwork, harden the penetrated into the facing shells concrete, removing the noise barrier from the Formwork and insertion in preferably substantially vertical columns.
- a sound-absorbing component 1 of the prior art is composed of a support plate 2 made of concrete and a directed at installation in a noise protection system to the noise source, profiled facing shell 3 made of aerated concrete.
- Support plate 2 and facing shell 3 each have approximately the same wall thicknesses of 15 cm, so that a total of Wall thickness of the sound-absorbing component 1 of about 30 cm results.
- Such a sound-absorbing component 1 of the prior art weighs about 8.4 to at a length of about 5 m and a width of 3 m.
- a sound-absorbing component 1 is composed of a support plate 2 made of concrete with, for example, a length of about 5 m and a width of 3 m and a directed at installation in a noise protection system to the noise source, flat facing shell 3 made of expanded glass, which is prepared as a round granulated from sintered glass sintered at 1000 ° C with a max. Wall thickness of up to 55 mm.
- the facing shell 3 of expanded glass is formed of a plurality of juxtaposed, substantially rectangular, plate-shaped Blähglasettin (not shown) with up to 1.5 m in length and about 0.6 m in width, so that the support plate 2 except on a Side strip 4 is completely covered.
- the entire wall thickness of the sound-absorbing component 1 of the support plate 2 made of concrete and the facing shell 3 made of expanded glass is about 10 cm and thus 1/3 smaller than the wall thickness of the sound-absorbing component 1 of the prior art with correspondingly lower weight by the much lower specific Weight of the facing shell 3 made of expanded glass compared to aerated concrete.
- strip glass elements it is possible for strip glass elements to be strip-shaped on the adjacent expanded glass elements for a facing shell made of two staggered layers of expanded glass elements.
- the sound-absorbing component 1 is positively inserted with the side strip 4 in a double U-profile 5 of a usually perpendicular to a base plate 6 support 7 of a noise protection system.
- the sound-absorbing component 1 is covered on both sides with the facing shell 3 made of expanded glass.
- the directed to the noise source surface of the flat facing shell 3 made of expanded glass can be flat or textured.
- the support plate 2 may be formed of fiberglass concrete, multi-layer wood panels or plastic sheets.
- the bottom of a formwork (8) is covered with a layer of a plurality of adjacent or directly adjacent plate-shaped Blähglasierin and poured onto the concrete layer with an adjustable minimum thickness.
- the set minimum thickness of the concrete penetrates during infusion up to 3 mm in the surface of the facing shell 3 forming, lying Blähglasieri so that when hardening a solid connection between the support plate 2 and 3 attachment shell is formed and lifted the noise barrier wall thus formed from the formwork 8 and can be lifted into the supports 7 of the noise control system.
- the set minimum thickness of the concrete penetrates the concrete when pouring into the surface of the facing shell 3 forming Blähglasieri, so that when hardening a solid connection between the support plate 2 and 3 attachment shells arises and raised the noise barrier so formed from the open formwork (8) and in the Supports 7 of the noise protection system can be lifted.
- the Blähglasetti on the support plate 2 one or both sides glued, dowelled, anchored or mounted in the frame.
