Claims (22)
- Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere Gargerät mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung (1) zur Beleuchtung eines Garraums (7), die ein Gehäuseteil (9) für eine Lampe (16) und ein Abdeckglas (30) aufweist, welches Gehäuseteil (9) einen Gewindegang (31) zum Einschrauben des Abdeckglases (30) in das Gehäuseteil (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuseteil (9) zumindest im Bereich seines Gewindeganges (31) mit zumindest einem Federabschnitt (44) ausgebildet ist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuseteil (9) aus einem Blech gefertigt ist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindegang (31) des Gehäuseteils (9) durch eine Anzahl von Gewindesegmenten ausgebildet ist, die radial in einen Gehäuseteil-Innenraum vorragen.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Federkonstante (D) des Federabschnitts (44) in einer Einschraubrichtung (E) des Abdeckglases (30) zunimmt.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federabschnitt (44) durch einen freigeschnittenen Federlappen gebildet ist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Federlappen (44) dreieckförmig freigeschnitten ist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein freies Ende des Federlappens (44) entgegen der Einschraubrichtung (E) des Abdeckglases (30) ragt.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gehäuseseitige Gewindegang (31) zumindest teilweise in dem Federabschnitt (44) ausgebildet ist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, der Federlappen (44) durch einen Einschnitt (33, 43) im Gehäuseteil (9) gebildet ist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einschnitt (33, 43) zumindest einen ersten und einen zweiten Einschnitt-Schenkel aufweist, die zueinander abgewinkelt sind.
- Haushaltsgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und der zweite Einschnitt-Schenkel (33, 43) zueinander im wesentlichen rechtwinklig abgewinkelt sind.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einschnitt (33, 43) zumindest teilweise bei einem Prägevorgang für das Gewindesegment (31) gebildet ist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einschnitt (33, 43) zumindest teilweise durch ein Schneidverfahren gebildet ist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der erste Einschnitt-Schenkel (33) im wesentlichen in der Einschraubrichtung (E) erstreckt.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der erste Einschnitt-Schenkel (33) eine Länge von ca. 7 bis 10 mm aufweist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Schenkel (43) sich im wesentlichen in einer Axialrichtung (A) des Gehäuseteils (9) erstreckt.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Schenkel (43) eine Länge von ca. 3 mm aufweist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuseteil (9) zumindest einen Versteifungsabschnitt (11, 17) für eine stabile Formgebung sowie für die Montage in bzw. Demontage aus dem Backofen aufweist.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich bei einem Einschrauben des Abdeckglases (30) um einen Drehwinkel von 25° bis 40°, insbesondere etwa 33°, in das Gehäuseteil (9) ein Einschraubdrehmoment (Me) von 0 Ncm bis auf etwa 250 Ncm erhöht.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gegenüberliegende Längsseiten des Einschnitts (33, 43) einander berührungsfrei, insbesondere über eine Spaltbreite von (s) von ca. 0,3 mm beabstandet sind.
- Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eingeschraubte Abdeckglas (30) gegen eine gehäuseseitige Stützfläche (17) abgestützt ist.
- Beleuchtungseinrichtung für ein Haushaltsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
