Claims (12)
- Gerät zur Erzeugung eines Luftstromes in einem Naß- oder Trockenentstauber (2), insbesondere für den Einsatz im untertägigen Berg- und Tunnelbau mit einem Lüftergehäuse (3) und dem Lüfterrad (4) mit Antrieb (5) sowie zugeordnetem Schalldämpfer (6, 7),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schalldämpfer (6, 7) als dem Lüftergehäuse (3) vorgeordneter Einlaufschalldämpfer (6) sowie nachgeordneter Auslaufschalldämpfer (7) ausgebildet ist, dass das Lüfterhäuse (3) zusätzlich über Schalldämmelemente (17) verfügt und dass dem Auslaufschalldämpfer (7) ein Stromverteiler (10) vorgeordnet ist. - Gerät nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stromverteiler (10) zugleich als Ausgleichsraum (20) wirkend ausgebildet ist, in dem das Reingas führende Leitblech (21) angeordnet wird und dass er über eigene Schalldämmelemente (16) verfügt. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
das der Stromverteiler (10) und der zugeordnete Auslaufschalldämpfer (7) über ein bis zur Standfläche des zugeordneten Entstaubers (2) reichendes Dämpfergehäuse (23) verfügen. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslaufschalldämpfer (7) über mehrere Durchströmkanäle (11, 12 13) verfügt, die rundum über Schalldämmwände (24) gesichert sind. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schalldämmwände (24) mit einer Steinwollefüllung (25) versehene Zwischenräume (26) aufweisen. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steinwollefüllung (25) der Schalldämmwände (24) zum Innenraum (27) hin über Lochbleche (28) fixiert ist. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steinwollefüllung (25) aus säulenförmigen Bauteilen (30) gebildet ist, die in die Zwischenräume (26) einschiebbar ausgebildet sind - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Seitenwand (31) des Dämpfergehäuses (23) lösbar oder klappbar ausgeführt ist. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Lüftergehäuse (3) zugeordneten säulenförmigen Bauteile (30) der Schalldämmwände (24) parallel zur Luftströmrichtung (22) angeordnet sind, wobei mittig im Bereich des Lüfterrades (4) Metalldämpfer (33) vorgesehen sind. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
das die Metalldämpfer (33) über die säulenförmigen Bauteile (30) zusätzlich fixiert mit der Gehäusewand (34) verbunden oder über zugleich die die säulenförmigen Bauteile (30) haltenden Lochbleche (28) gesichert und fixiert sind. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lüftergehäuse (3) von Kern her rohrförmig ausgebildet und dann über einen rechteckigen Gehäusemantel (35) mit einer zwischen gefügten Steinwollefüllung (36) abgedämmt ist. - Gerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dem Lüftergehäuse (3) in Luftströmrichtung (22) vorgeordnete Einlaufschalldämpfer (6) bis annähernd zur Standfläche des Entstaubers (2) erweitert und einen Ausgleichsraum (20) bildend ausgeführt ist.
