Dieser Trocknervorrichtung 15 ist bei Bedarf in Förderrichtung 17 eine vorzugsweise über die Breite des Druckzylinders 11 sich erstreckende Abschotteinrichtung 14 vorgeordnet.
Die Verarbeitungstemperaturen in den Trocknereinheiten 4 selbst und den benachbarten Lackwerken 2, 3 sind funktionsstabil. Die Abschotteinrichtungen 14 bilden somit eine Luftabschottung bzw. eine Luftsperre aus. Eine Anordnung der Abschotteinrichtung 14 ist dabei in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu den Trocknervorrichtungen 15 (Figur 2, zweite Trocknereinheit 4) oder in einem definierten Abstand zu den Trocknervorrichtungen 15 (Figur 2, erste Trocknereinheit 4) realisierbar.

Claims (6)
- Trocknersystem für bogenförmige Bedruckstoffe in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit wenigstens einer einem Bogenführungszylinder benachbart zugeordneten Trocknervorrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei Druckwerken (1), Flexodruckwerken und/oder Lackwerken (2,3) zwei modulare Trocknereinheiten(4) als Trocknersystem (18) angeordnet sind,
dass jede der Trocknereinheiten (4) zwei Bogenführungszylinder (10,11) umfasst und in einem definierten Abstand oberhalb des einen Bogenführungszylinders (11) eine Trocknervorrichtung (15) angeordnet ist. - Trocknersystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogenführungszylinder (10,11) doppeltgroß ausgebildet sind. - Trocknersystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Bogenführungszylinder (10,11) einen Transferzylinder (10) und einen Druckzylinder (11) umfassen. - Trocknersystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Trocknereinheit (4) eine oberhalb des Bogenführungszylinders (11) angeordnete Leiteinrichtung (16) aufweist. - Trocknersystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der in Förderrichtung (17) ersten Trocknereinheit (4) der Trocknervorrichtung (15) eine pneumtisch mit Blasluft beaufschlagbare Abschotteinrichtung (14) vorgeordnet und in der zweiten Trocknereinheit (4) der dortigen Trocknervorrichtung (15) eine weitere pneumatisch mit Blasluft beaufschlagbare Abschotteinrichtung (14) nachgeordnet ist. - Trocknersystem nach Anspruch 1 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschotteinrichtungen (14) sich über die Breite der Bogenführungszylinder (10, 11) erstrecken. Anzahl anhängende Zeichnungen: 2
