In Förderrichtung 17 der bogenförmige Bedruckstoffe ist ein erstes Lackwerk 2 dem letzten Druckwerk 1 nachgeordnet. Ein derartiges Lackwerk 2 weist einen Formzylinder 12 und ein zugeordnetes Dosiersystem 13, beispielsweise gebildet aus einem Kammerrakel und einer gerasterten Auftragwalze, und einen Druckzylinder 11 als Bogenführungszylinder auf.
Dem Lackwerk 3 folgt ein nachgeordneter Ausleger 5 mit einem endlos umlaufenden Fördersystem 7, welches die bogenförmigen Bedruckstoffe vom Lackwerk 3 abfördert und auf einem Auslegerstapel 6 ablegt. Die in Förderrichtung 17 erste Trocknereinheit 4 weist eine oberhalb des Druckzylinder 11 angeordnete Leiteinrichtung 16 zur Unterstützung der Führung des auf dem Druckzylinder 11 im Greiferschluß fixierten bogenförmigen Bedruckstoffes auf. Beispielsweise ist die Leiteinrichtung 16 durch Leitbügel oder ein Leitblech mit entsprechendem Lochbild oder einer Gitterstruktur ausgebildet. Dem Druckzylinder 11 als Bogenführungszylinder ist oberhalb der Leiteinrichtung 16 eine Trocknervorrichtung 15 innerhalb der ersten Trocknereinheit 4 zugeordnet. Dieser Trocknervorrichtung 15 ist in Förderrichtung 17 eine vorzugsweise über die Breite des Druckzylinders 11 sich erstreckende Abschotteinrichtung 14 vorgeordnet. Dem Druckzylinder 11 der ersten Trocknereinheit 4 folgt in Förderrichtung 17 die zweite Trocknereinheit 4, welche wiederum einen Transferzylinder 10 und einen nachgeordneten Druckzylinder 11 als Bogenführungszylinder aufweist. Oberhalb dieses Druckzylinders 11 ist eine Leiteinrichtung 16 analog zur ersten Trocknereinheit 4 angeordnet. Oberhalb der Leiteinrichtung 16 ist wiederum einer Trocknervorrichtung 15 dem Druckzylinder 11 in einem definierten Abstand benachbart zugeordnet.

Claims (5)
- Trocknersystem für bogenförmige Bedruckstoffe in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit zum Trocknersystem vor- und nachgeordneten Druck-/Lackwerken und wenigstens einer einem Bogenführungszylinderunmittelbar benachbart zugeordneten Trocknervorrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trocknervorrichtung (15) in Förderrichtung (17) der Bedruckstoffe eine pneumatisch mit Blasluft beaufschlagbare Abschotteinrichtung (14) vorgeordnet und eine weitere pneumatisch mit Blasluft beaufschlagbare Abschotteinrichtung (14) nachgeordnet ist und dass der Bedruckstoff im Greiferschluß auf dem Bogenführungszylinder (10,11) geführt ist. - Trocknersystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschotteinrichtung (14) sich über die Breite des Bogenführungszylinders (10, 11) erstreckt. - Trocknersystem nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschotteinrichtung (14) aus einer Mehrzahl von pneumatisch beaufschlagbaren Düsen gebildet ist. - Trocknersystem nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen als Schlitz- und/oder Lochdüsen ausgebildet sind. - Trocknersystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung zwischen zwei Druckwerken und/oder Lackwerken durch zwei Trocknereinheiten (4) gebildet ist und daß die vorgeordnete Abschotteinrichtung (14) in der ersten Trocknereinheit (4) und die nachgeordnete Abschotteinrichtung (14) in der zweiten Trocknereinheit (4) angeordnet ist.
