Claims (15)
- Drahtziehvorrichtung mit einer Decke (4), wobei oberhalb der Decke (4) eine Ziehscheibentrommel (1) mit einer Kühlung angeordnet ist und weiter ein Ziehscheibentrommel-Antriebsmotor (9) sowie Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen für die Kühlung vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der getriebefrei und koaxial mit der Ziehscheibentrommel (1) verbundene Ziehscheibentrommel-Antriebsmotor (9) unterhalb der Decke (4) angeordnet ist, wobei zugleich unterhalb der Decke (4) beidseitig, auf der Bedienungsseite und der Rückseite Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen untergebracht sind.
- Ziehscheibentrommel (1) für eine Drahtziehvorrichtung (3), mit einem getriebefrei und koaxial mit der Ziehscheibentrommel (1) verbundenen Ziehscheibentrommel-Antriebsmotor (9) und einer Kühleinrichtung mit den Zuund Ablauf betreffenden Versorgungsleitungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungsleitungen durch den als elektrischen Synchronmotor ausgebildeten Ziehscheibentrommel-Antriebsmotor (9) hindurchgeführt sind.
- Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ziehscheibentrommel-Antriebsmotor (9) unterhalb der Ziehscheibentrommel (1) angeordnet ist.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung der Ziehscheibentrommel (1) durch unmittelbare Verbindung mit dem Rotor (12) des Synchronmotors von diesem übernommen ist.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung des Rotors (12) des Synchronmotors im Hinblick auf die gleichzeitige Lagerung der Ziehscheibentrommel (1) verstärkt ausgebildet ist.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ziehscheibentrommel (1) vermittels eines an den Synchronmotor angeflanschten Scheibenkopfes (36) angetrieben ist.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scheibenkopf (36) mittels eines Halslagers (37) an dem Rotor (12) des Synchronmotors angeflanscht ist.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Synchronmotor, jedenfalls teilweise, in radialer Überdeckung zu der Ziehscheibentrommel (1) angeflanscht ist.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ziehscheibentrommel (1) im Querschnitt topfförmig ist mit einem dem Synchronmotor zugewandten Topfboden (13).
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Topfboden (13) zugleich der Übertragung des Antriebmoments von dem Synchronmotor auf die Ziehscheibentrommel (1) dient.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Topfboden (13) Träger jedenfalls von Teilen einer Kühlvorrichtung (25) ist.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühlvorrichtung (25) einen geschlossenen Kühlmittelkreislauf aufweist.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (12) des Synchronmotors als Hohlwelle ausgebildet ist.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Versorgungsleitungen der Kühlvorrichtung (25) durch den achszentralen Hohlraum (34) der Hohlwelle geführt sind.
- Drahtziehvorrichtung (3) oder Ziehscheibentrommel (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Synchronmotor sich bis in das Innere (29) der topfartigen Ziehscheibentrommel (1) erstreckt.
