Claims (13)
- Chaussure (1) avec une semelle (4) formée par une semelle de marche (2) et une semelle intérieure (3) reliée à celle-ci, et avec une partie supérieure de chaussure (5) reliée à celle-ci, et avec une installation de ventilation pour un espace intérieur de chaussure (6), et avec une semelle orthopédique (7) formée dans l'espace intérieur (6) de la chaussure par au moins une couche moulée (8), qui présente dans une zone de talon (16) une chambre de pompage (17) ouverte vers la semelle intérieure (3) et dans une zone de pied avant (25) une zone de ventilation (27) reliée par au moins un canal d'écoulement (30), où la chambre de pompage (17) est en liaison d'écoulement par une ouverture d'afflux (20) avec l'atmosphère environnante de la chaussure (1), caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'afflux (20) est formée par un élément de douille (22) muni d'un perçage (21), disposé dans une nervure d'extrémité (24) d'un talon (13) de manière directement avoisinant à un côté inférieur de la semelle intérieure (3), et le perçage (21) est recouvert par une membrane microporeuse perméable à l'air (34) dans une zone d'extrémité (33) de l'élément de douille (22) orientée vers la chambre de pompage (17).
- Chaussure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la semelle orthopédique (7) est réalisée en plusieurs couches, de préférence par la couche moulée (8) et une couche de recouvrement (9) reliée à celle-ci, et que dans la couche moulée (8), la zone de ventilation (27) est réalisée par une couche de grille ou de filet (28) en tissu ou tricot renforcé par des fibres, en matériau synthétique, dans la zone de laquelle, dans la couche de recouvrement (9), sont disposés des perçages (38) reliant la zone de ventilation (27) à l'espace intérieur de chaussure (6).
- Chaussure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la couche moulée (8) est réalisée par un matériau synthétique à alvéoles fermées, en particulier en polyuréthane.
- Chaussure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la couche moulée (8) est formée par des granulés recyclés en liège, cuir ou matériau synthétique.
- Chaussure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la couche de grille ou de filet (28) est intégrée dans un perçage (26) de la couche moulée (8) et est rapportée par formage dans une zone de bord.
- Chaussure selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la couche de recouvrement (9) est formée par une couche de cuir, de textile ou de liège.
- Chaussure selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, dans une zone de talon dans la couche moulée (8), il est disposée une chambre de pompage ouverte (17) orientée vers la semelle intérieure.
- Chaussure selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture d'afflux (20) réalise un canal s'étendant à peu près parallèlement à une face d'appui (12).
- Chaussure selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le canal est disposé dans une nervure d'extrémité (24) au côté frontal de la semelle de marche (2) et qu'il est en liaison d'écoulement avec au moins une chambre ouverte (15) orientée vers la semelle intérieure (3).
- Chaussure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'il est disposé dans la semelle intérieure (3) au moins un perçage (18) reliant la chambre (15) à la chambre de pompage (17).
- Chaussure selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'écoulement (30) reliant la chambre de pompage (17) à la zone de ventilation (27) est réalisé, en particulier formé, par au moins un creux en forme de rainure dans un côté inférieur (29) de la couche moulée (8) orienté vers la semelle intérieure (3).
- Chaussure selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le canal est formé par un perçage (21) d'un élément de douille (22) reliant une face frontale (23) de la semelle de marche (2) dans la zone du talon à la chambre.
- Chaussure selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la membrane (34) est formée par un tissu ou tricot anti-microbien.
