Abstract

La présente invention concerne une chaussure étanche à l'eau laissant passer la vapeur capable de pomper l'air et amortissante constituée d'un empiècement de chaussure, d'un haut de chaussure, d'une première semelle/semelle intérieure et d'une semelle extérieure ou une semelle de ce type pour une telle chaussure. L'invention recouvre une pluralité d'applications consacrées aux thèmes de l'amortissement et de la respiration dans le domaine de la chaussure. Puisque l'amortissement lors de la pose du pied doit décharger la colonne vertébrale humaine et prévenir de tout dommage sur celle-ci, la chaussure respirante empêche la formation d'humidité et d'eau à l'intérieur de la chaussure due à la transpiration grâce à la circulation et au transport de l'humidité vers l'extérieur. Cette innovation trouve une application dans les semelles intérieures et extérieures des chaussures. Ces propriétés sont généralement obtenues par stratification de matériaux divers dans la zone de la semelle et de la partie supérieure de la chaussure, les matériaux exerçant diverses fonctionnalités lors d'une mise en forme variée. La stratification avec des matériaux semi-perméables permet par exemple de dégager l'humidité et/ou l'eau unilatéralement à travers la couche, bien que l'infiltration d'humidité et d'eau ne se produise pas dans la direction inverse. L'on connaît depuis longtemps des chaussures permettant d'assurer une transpiration correcte en raison d'un échange efficace de chaleur et de vapeur d'eau entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur de la chaussure. Ces chaussures ne sont cependant pas étanches à l'eau, propriété nécessaire en ce qui concerne l'infiltration d'humidité/d'eau depuis l'extérieur. Dans la chaussure selon l'invention, les zones des semelles et de la partie supérieure de la chaussure sont entièrement étanchéifiées vers l'extérieur contre la saleté, la poussière et l'eau. L'empiècement de chaussure final multicouche semi-perméable comprenant la partie supérieure de la chaussure assure la respiration de la chaussure intérieure pompant l'air et amortissante. Les zones des côtés latéraux des chaussures ou des semelles ne comportent pas de trous ou de fentes de sortie d'air qui gonflent et se bouchent lors de l'entrée d'air provoquée par la pose du pied, le cas échéant avec la saleté et la poussière extérieures – ainsi qu'avec de l'eau – et deviennent ainsi inactifs pour la respiration. La première semelle/semelle intérieure pompant l'air sert simultanément d'amortisseur absorbeur de choc.
