  1.     a) préparer un moule ayant un évidement pour réaliser la base de semelle (4) et les boutons (6), l'évidement présentant sur une première surface plusieurs saillies et sur une seconde surface située en regard des évidements correspondants pour réaliser les espaces creux (8) ;
    b) préparer un matériau élastique flexible ;
    c) mettre en place le matériau dans le moule ec réaliser la base de semelle (4) et les boutons (6) en tant qu'élément d'un seul bloc ; et
    d) retirer la semelle intérieure (2) du moule.
  21. Procédé de fabrication d'une semelle intérieure (2) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 15, comportant les étapes qui consistent à :
    a) préparer un moule ayant un évidement pour réaliser la base de semelle (4) et les boutons (6), l'évidement présentant plusieurs nervures de liaison entre une première surface de l'évidement et une seconde surface de l'évidement située en regard pour réaliser les perforations (18, 20) dans l'interstice entre boutons et/ou dans les boutons (6)
    b) préparer un matériau élastique flexible ;
    c) mettre en place le matériau dans le moule et réaliser la base de semelle (4) et les boutons (6) en tant qu'élément d'un seul bloc ; et
    d) retirer la semelle intérieure (2) du moule.
  22. Procédé de fabrication d'une semelle intérieure (2) selon l'une des revendications 3 à 15, qui est une combinaison des procédés selon les revendications 20 et 21.
  23. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 20 à 22, dans lequel le moule est constitué d'au moins deux parties et est ouverte pour retirer la semelle intérieure (2).
  24. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 20 à 23, dans lequel une couche respirante et/ou perméable aux liquides est appliquée, de préférence collée sur le côté supérieur (10) de la semelle intérieure (2).
