Definitions

  • the invention relates to an activelybetteinlegesohlensystem according to claim 1, for sports, hiking, skiing, inline skate or street shoes, sandals or clogs.
  • This approachingbetteinlesgesohlensystem includes a presentsenssohle with an at least partially molded footbed, in particular with an anatomically shaped footbed with toe gripper, consisting of a moldable sole material of synthetic or natural materials, in particular of a cork-ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) mixture, a cork latex Mixture or cork-rubber mixture, as well as binders for the respective mixture or substances, also entirely of closed-cell, foamed ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) or polyurethane, wherein portions of the footbed are at least partially perforated to aerate the sole of the foot in the footbed through this perforation.
  • EVA cork-ethylene-vinyl acetate
  • binders for the respective mixture or substances also entirely of closed-cell, foamed
  • Footbeds in the form of insoles made of fine-pored rubber with an adhesive textile fabric, which is perforated so that an air flow can tread under the sole of the foot are in the DE-PS 922 391 assumed to be known.
  • insole which are made instead of fine-pored rubber of rubber or synthetic resin in conjunction with granular cork to form a supple underlayer.
  • a fluid absorbent insole for a shoe is known. It is a moldable, liquid-receptive material is used in which cork shot and a foamed, open-cell, porous plastic is used as a binder for the cork shot.
  • the sole can be absorbed between the cork shot particles in the open cells of the plastic liquid.
  • a Kapilar Sign sets so that the liquid-receptive material is even absorbent for liquids.
  • An insole with moisture-stimulating fibers and a moisture-permeable, fixed covering layer of textile material, which consists of hydrophobic fibers, is also according to the DE 35 20 093 A1 known.
  • a set of a moisture-permeable, substantially no moisture-storing foot bedding and a moisture-absorbing and-storing insert to be arranged below it is provided.
  • the satisfiedung preferably consisting of a mixture of cork-ethylene-vinyl acetate is perforated so that at the points where the foot sweats most, the derivative of Sweat of the foot or moisture and evaporation of moisture is very well guaranteed.
  • perforation holes are provided in the area of the toes, the outer and inner bale as well as in the heel area.
  • Insert has moisture-absorbing effect, which is reinforced in particular by adding a proportion of activated carbon. It is insofar a cheap and economical absorption and removal of moisture in the shoe possible without the entire footbed should be removed, cleaned and dried or replaced.
  • the insert may be multi-layered, wherein the activated carbon is preferably arranged in a layer below the nonwoven fabric.
  • the remaining layers are for moisture storage, padding and antibacterial and deodorizing effect.
  • the size and structure of the insert is designed specifically according to the shape and size of plannedbettung and the local installation of perforation holes and channels or holes.
  • Moisture is absorbed, except by the liner, only to a limited extent by a further preferably preferably used special insole or fabric of the footbed.
  • a further preferably preferably used special insole or fabric of the footbed consists e.g. from a slightly moisture-absorbing lining leather or such a microfiber lining. Sudden dampness of the foot or a certain small proportion of the moisture of the foot is taken up by the reference of the footbed. It is prevented so far that the foot in a suddenly accumulating, not yet floating in the holes and channels of contemplatbettung moisture on the cover or footbed floats.
  • the foot thus has perfect climatic conditions. It is dry, not too warm and not too cold.
  • the insert can be taken out of the shoe or sandal and ventilated, washed or replaced.
  • the footbed can also be removed, cleaned, ventilated and replaced.
  • the foot is separated from perspiration, components of the shoe, e.g. the leather of the lining (including the lining of the foot itself), are not used as a reservoir for sweat or other moisture apart from a small proportion and therefore not attacked.
  • a shoe with the system according to the invention ofonnebettung and insert is very durable because it is not particularly stressed under the influence of moisture.
  • footbed and insert It can be used a variety of materials and components to form the footbed and insert, with the basic requirement must be ensured that the footbed largely the moisture of the foot passes through the existing perforation to the insert and the insert absorbs the moisture and stores.
  • the footbed and insert can be made depending on the materials and components for different uses or for different functions to the respective application areas.
  • Such smoothly shaped footbed have an outer circumferential Bettungsrand, which serves in particular for the protection of the toes. Furthermore, a toe gripper, which supports the movement of the toes and spreads them apart, an outer (lateral) longitudinal arch support, an inner (medial) longitudinal arch support, which gives the footbed comfort and balance, a middle footrest, which supports the walking and standing well, and a deep heel cup, which gives the foot firm hold.
  • the inserts can fulfill a variety of functions.
  • the insoles are said to have deodorizing, germ-killing, shock-absorbing properties, and the volume of the shoe, ie the fit of the shoe.
  • Soft footbeds which are shock absorbing in this respect, are mainly used in athletic shoes, while harder footbeds which allow better support of the foot, e.g. be used on hiking boots.
  • Some deposits fulfill only the function of absorbing and storing the moisture, whereby these are single-layered, other deposits are multi-layered, while fulfilling several functions at the same time.
  • FIG. 1 is a prospectivebettung (1) reproduced in plan view, which consists of a moldable sole material of a water-repellent cork-ethylene-vinyl acetate mixture and in which an anatomically shaped footbed (2) is formed.
  • the footbed (2) has an outer circumferential peripheral edge of the footbed (16), the lower outer sole (17) thereby terminating in the footbed edge (16) via an outer upwardly projecting side wall (18).
  • the anatomically shaped footbed (2) has a toe gripper (19) extending as a transverse rib from the left to the right footpad margin (16), a molded heel cup (20) in the heel area (8), and a molded-in area on the right side of the toe gripper (19) (7) for the outer and inner bales of the foot and laterally to the left thereof a molded-in area (6) for the toe.
  • This area is subdivided in the form of the Birkenstock footbed by a projecting web of the toe gripper (19), which spreads the thick toe away from the adjacent smaller toes.
  • perforations (4) are now created by small and large round and elongated perforations (5).
  • the perforations (5) extend through the entire thickness of the footbed (1), ie 5 from the top (9) to the bottom (10). Further, by serving as a cover sole cover (14) of the footbed (lining leather).
  • the material of the footbed (1) is water repellent, moisture of the foot passes from the top (9) of the footbed (1) to the bottom (10) through the Perforations (5) without being absorbed or stored by the sole material consisting of a cork-ethylene-vinyl acetate mixture.
  • the material of the insert (3) consists of a nonwoven fabric, which is moisture-absorbing and - Mrsnd.
  • This insert made of nonwoven material has in particular also heat insulating properties.
  • FIG. 3 a further preferred embodiment of the footbed (1 ') is shown.
  • this perforations (5 ') are additionally provided in the region of the toe gripper (19). Since a lot of sweat occurs between the toes, these perforations are larger than the perforations (5) outside of the toe gripper. Otherwise not changed parts are provided with the same reference number.
