Claims (11)
- Agent de désulfuration de fontes métalliques, en particulier de fontes de fer brut, ledit agent comprenant du carbure de calcium et/ou de l'oxyde de calcium ainsi qu'un composé carboné,
caractérisé en ce que
il comprend un phosphate alcalin et/ou alcalino-terreux en une quantité de 0,5 à 10 % en poids au total. - Agent selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le phosphate alcalin et/ou alcalino-terreux est présent en une quantité allant jusqu'à 10 % en poids au total.
- Agent selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le phosphate alcalin et/ou alcalino-terreux est présent en une quantité de 0,5 à 8 % en poids au total.
- Agent selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le phosphate alcalin et/ou alcalino-terreux est présent sous forme pulvérulente avec une granulométrie d'au maximum 0,2 mm.
- Agent selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend du magnésium métallique et/ou des alliages de magnésium.
- Agent selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la proportion de magnésium et/ou d'alliages de magnésium se situe entre 2 et 35 % en poids.
- Agent selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le magnésium et/ou les alliages de magnésium se présentent sous une forme pulvérulente avec une granulométrie allant jusqu'à 1,0 mm et les autres ingrédients se présentent sous une forme pulvérulente avec une granulométrie d'au maximum 0,2 mm.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un agent de désulfuration des fontes de fer brut selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un mélange contenant du carbure de calcium et/ou de l'oxyde de calcium, un composé carboné ainsi que le phosphate alcalin et/ou alcalino-terreux est broyé, à la suite de quoi, le cas échéant, du magnésium pulvérulent ou un alliage de magnésium pulvérulent, ayant respectivement une granulométrie allant jusqu'à 1,0 mm, y est incorporé.
- Utilisation d'un agent selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7 pour la désulfuration des fontes métalliques, en particulier des fontes de fer brut.
- Procédé de fabrication de métaux désulfurés, caractérisé en ce que le métal à désulfurer est fondu, à la suite de quoi la fonte métallique obtenue est mise en contact avec un agent de désulfuration selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en oeuvre à titre de fonte métallique une fonte de fer brut.
