Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines Kosmetikprodukts, mit einem Halter (16) und einem Auftragelement (24). Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß das Auftragelement (24) drehbar von dem Halter (16) gehalten ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines Kosmetikprodukts, mit einem Halter und einem Auftragelement. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Auftragvorrichtung, die durch Eintauchen des Auftragelements in ein Reservoir des Kosmetikprodukts beladen wird.
Auftragvorrichtungen der oben genannten Art sind bekannt.
Dabei sind zum Applizieren von Linien insbesondere Pinsel oder Faserspitzen bekannt. Damit lassen sich jedoch nur schwer konturscharfe Linien mit gleichmäßiger Strichstärke erzeugen. Dies ist insbesondere bedingt durch den schwankenden Anpreßdruck beim Applizieren sowie durch den Verschleiß der genannten Applikatoren durch einen bei Tauchsystemen üblichen Abstreifer. Beim Schminken wird somit relativ viel Zeit benötigt. Man muß häufig absetzen und die Augenpartie wird dadurch häufig irritiert. Überdies ist das Schminkergebnis oft nicht zufriedenstellend und es muß korrigiert werden.
Ferner sind zum Applizieren auf größere Flächen insbesondere sogenannte Deerfoot-Applikatoren bekannt. Deren Applikationszone ist aber vergleichsweise klein, weshalb sie mehrere Male durch erneutes Eintauchen nachbeladen werden müssen, bis das gewünschte Applikationsergebnis vorliegt. Weiterhin läßt sich wegen der kleinen Applikationszone nur schwer eine größere Fläche mit einer homogenen Schichtdicke belegen, wie dies beispielsweise beim Schminken von Lippen erforderlich ist. Ferner ist das Auftragsgefühl dabei eher unangenehm, weil das Auftragelement nur mehr oder weniger auf der Oberfläche kratzt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Auftragvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu verbessern.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die gestellte Aufgabe bei einer Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, daß das Auftragelement drehbar von dem Halter gehalten ist. Mit anderen Worten wird bei der erfindungsgemäßen Auftragvorrichtung das Kosmetikprodukt nicht durch "Überstreichen" aufgebracht, sondern vielmehr durch "Abrollen". Dadurch wird zum einen der Auftrag vergleichmäßigt. Zum anderen ist im Vergleich mit den herkömmlichen Auftragvorrichtungen die wirksame Arbeitsfläche des Auftragelements vergrößert, weshalb weniger oft nachbeladen werden muß.
Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Auftragelement um eine Achse drehbar, deren Lage bezüglich des Halters fest ist. Dadurch arbeitet die erfindungsgemäße Auftragvorrichtung unter wohldefinierten Bedingungen, was zur Präzision beim Schminken beiträgt.
Die genannte Achse kann quer oder parallel zu einer Längsachse des Halters liegen.
Insbesondere dann, wenn scharfe Konturen erzeugt werden sollen, wie etwa dünne Linien, ist nach einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung vorgesehen, daß die Abmessungen des Auftragelements in Richtung seiner Drehachse kleiner oder größer sind als in Richtung quer zur Drehachse.
Dabei kann das Auftragelement insbesondere die Form eines Rades haben. Mit einem solchen Rad ist es besonders einfach, Linien vorbestimmter Breite aufzutragen.
Alternativ kann es die Form einer Walze haben, insbesondere wenn es zum Auftragen auf größere Flächen dienen soll.
Nach einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Auftragelement aus einem Werkstoff, der dazu ausgelegt ist, Kosmetikprodukt zu speichern. Auf diese Weise kann diejenige Auftragsmenge noch einmal gesteigert werden, die ohne "Nachbeladen" aufgetragen werden kann.
Insbesondere im Hinblick auf eine wünschenswerte Speicherung des Kosmetikprodukts in dem Auftragelement ist es erfindungsgemäß weiter bevorzugt, daß das Auftragelement zumindest teilweise porös ist und/oder seine Oberfläche im Sinne eines Spreitens auf das Kosmetikprodukt abgestimmt ist.
Das Auftragelement kann erfindungsgemäß Kunststoff, wie etwa Polyethylen, Polypropylen und Polyamid, Metall, Keramik und/oder Schaumstoff aufweisen. Sofern die Auftragvorrichtung zum Auftragen von linienförmigen Konturen dienen soll, wird man eher härtere Materialien wählen, wohingegen für das flächige Auftragen unter Umständen auch weichere Materialien verwendet werden können.
Das Auftragelement weist erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt einen gesinterten Werkstoff auf. Insbesondere zur Erhöhung der Speicherkapazität kann das Auftragelement beflockt, beschichtet, kaschiert und/oder an seiner Oberfläche strukturiert sein. Dabei kann insbesondere eine strukturierte Oberfläche dazu dienen, das Kosmetikprodukt in Form von Mustern aufzubringen.
Das Auftragelement muß nicht unmittelbar an dem Halter angebracht sein. Vielmehr kann auch ein Träger zum Tragen des Auftragelements vorgesehen sein. In einem solchen Falle wird dann der Träger drehbar an dem Halter angebracht sein. Dadurch ergibt sich insbesondere der Vorteil, daß eventuell als Folge des Sinterns vergleichsweise rauhe Oberflächen beim Verdrehen des Auftragelements bezüglich des Halters unerwünschte Reibkräfte erzeugen, die zu einem unverhältnismäßig hohen Verschleiß führen könnten.
Der Träger ist erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt drehbar an dem Halter angebracht und weist weiter bevorzugt eine Innenhülse auf.
Dabei kann weiter vorgesehen sein, daß das Auftragelement hülsenförmig ist und der Träger in das Auftragelement eingepreßt ist. Auf diese Weise ergibt sich eine insgesamt besonders einfache Konstruktion.
Erfindungsgemäß weiter bevorzugt weist die Auftragvorrichtung einen Dorn an dem Auftragelement, dem Träger und/oder dem Halter auf, auf den der Halter, der Träger und/oder das Auftragelement aufgeschnappt ist. Auf diese Weise kann der Dorn als ein Teil eines Drehgelenks dienen, wobei dabei vorgesehenes Spiel zur Reibungsverringerung beim Drehen dient.
Wie bereits oben erwähnt ist die Auftragvorrichtung nach der Erfindung Teil eines sogenannten Tauchsystems, d.h., daß das Beladen des Auftragelements durch Eintauchen in ein entsprechendes Reservoir erfolgt, das als Hauptspeicher dient. Nach einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist darüber hinaus ein Zwischenspeicher für das Kosmetikprodukt vorgesehen.
Dabei kann der Zwischenspeicher dazu ausgelegt sein, überschüssiges Kosmetikprodukt von dem Auftragelement abzunehmen und/oder Kosmetikprodukt auf dem Auftragelement zu verteilen. Beides dient dazu, den Kosmetikprodukt-Auftrag zu vergleichmäßigen. Darüber hinaus kann bei entsprechender Dimensionierung die Kapazität der Auftragvorrichtung noch einmal erhöht werden, d.h., daß noch seltener nachbeladen werden muß.
Der Zwischenspeicher kann erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt dazu ausgelegt sein, Kosmetikprodukt aufzusaugen.
Dazu kann er nach einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung einen Kapillarspeicher aufweisen.
Zur Vereinfachung der Gesamtkonstruktion und zur Verbesserung der Ästhetik ist erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt der Zwischenspeicher in den Halter integriert.
Es sind Anwendungen denkbar, bei denen es keine für alle Stadien des Auftrags des Kosmetikprodukts optimale Ausrichtung der Drehachse bezüglich eines Griffbereichs der erfindungsgemäßen Auftragvorrichtung gibt. Daher sieht eine besonders bevorzugte Ausführungsform der Erfindung vor, daß der Halter bezüglich eines solchen Griffbereichs verstellbar ist. Auf diese Weise kann allen Eventualitäten in allen Stadien des Auftrags des Kosmetikprodukts Rechnung getragen werden.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist der Halter über eine verformbare Einrichtung mit dem Griffbereich verbunden.
Dabei kann die verformbare Einrichtung elastisch verformbar sein. Auf diese Weise stellt sich die erfindungsgemäße Auftragvorrichtung jeweils selbsttätig immer wieder in einen Zustand zurück, in dem der Halter und damit das Auftragelement bzw. dessen Drehachse eine vorbestimmte Stellung bezüglich des Griffbereichs haben.
Die verformbare Einrichtung weist erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt TPE auf.
Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung können Kosmetikprodukte beliebiger Konsistenz aufgetragen werden. Die Kosmetikprodukte können insbesondere flüssig, pastös oder pulverförmig sein.
Im folgenden ist die Erfindung anhand bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegende Zeichnung mit weiteren Einzelheiten näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen

Zu der Auftragvorrichtung nach den Figuren 1 und 2 gehört ein Griffstück 10, das auf eine Flasche 12 aufschraubbar ist, und zwar mittels eines Gewindes 14. In das Griffstück 10 ist ein Halter 16 eingesetzt. Ist das Griffstück 10 entsprechend der Darstellung nach den Figuren 1 und 2 auf die Flasche 12 aufgeschraubt, so ragt der Halter 16 in einen Innenraum 18 der Flasche 12 hinein. Im oberen Abschnitt der Flasche 12 liegt ein Abstreifer 20. Der Innenraum 18 der Flasche 12 ist entsprechend den Figuren 1 und 2 zur Hälfte mit einem Kosmetikprodukt 22 gefüllt, mit dem bei Eintauchen ein an dem Halter 16 angebrachtes Rädchen 24 beladen wird.
Eine Homogenisierung des Kosmetikprodukts 22 mittels Schüttelns wird durch eine Kugel 26 unterstützt.
Das Rädchen 24 ist an dem Halter 16 mittels einer Nabe 28 gehalten. Es ist in dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel aus gesintertem PE. Daher wird es bei Eintauchen in das Kosmetikprodukt 22 eine gewisse Menge aufsaugen.
Die Dimensionierungen des Abstreifers 20 einerseits und des Rädchens 24 andererseits sind derart, daß das Rädchen 24 den Abstreifer ohne Probleme passieren kann. Dazu entspricht die Radialausdehnung einer Lippe 30 des Abstreifers 20 in etwa dem radialen Überstand des Rädchens 24 über die Außenkontur des Halters 16. Die Funktion des Abstreifers kann wahlweise durch Borsten, die angespritzt, umspritzt oder durch Beflocken aufgebracht sind, unterstützt werden. Vorzugsweise kann dies durch Zwei- oder Mehrkomponenten-Spritzgießtechnik erfolgen.
In den Halter 16 ist ein Zwischenspeicher 32 integriert, der aus einem saugfähigen Material, wie etwa Schaumstoff hergestellt ist. Dieser Zwischenspeicher dient zum einen der Abnahme überschüssigen Kosmetikprodukts von dem Rädchen 24, zum anderen aber auch der Vergleichmäßigung der Verteilung des Kosmetikprodukts auf dem Rädchen 24. Der Zwischenspeicher 32 wird nämlich dann, wenn das Rädchen 24 über Haut gerollt wird, wegen seines minimalen Abstands zu dem Rädchen 24 überschüssiges Kosmetikprodukt (vorübergehend) aufnehmen und an anderer Stelle, d.h. nach einem Weiterrollen des Rädchens um einen bestimmten Drehwinkel, das aufgenommene Kosmetikprodukt zumindest teilweise wieder an das Rädchen abgeben. Dadurch wird bei Benutzung das Rädchen immer wieder nachbeladen, ohne daß es erforderlich wäre, das Rädchen abermals in die Flasche 12 einzutauchen.
Die Zwischenräume zwischen dem Rädchen 24 und dem Halter 16, dem Rädchen 24 und, dem Zwischenspeicher 32 und/oder dem Zwischenspeicher 32 und dem Halter 16 können derart dimensioniert sein, daß sie bezüglich des Kosmetikprodukts Kapillarkräfte entwickeln und somit als zusätzliche(r) oder alternative(r) Zwischenspeicher dienen.
Wie den Figuren 1 und 2 zu entnehmen ist, zeichnet sich die dort dargestellte Ausführungsform der Erfindung insbesondere dadurch aus, daß die Nabe 28 und damit die Drehachse des Rädchens 24 quer zu einer Längsachse 34 der Auftragvorrichtung liegen.
Im folgenden ist das Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 3 näher beschrieben. Gleiche und entsprechende Elemente sind dabei mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen wie in den Figuren 1 und 2, jedoch um 100 erhöht. Um Wiederholungen zu vermeiden, sind im folgenden nur die Unterschiede zu der Ausführungsform nach den Figuren 1 und 2 im einzelnen dargestellt:
Der Halter 116 ist nicht direkt, sondern vielmehr über ein Gelenk 136 an dem Griffstück 110 angebracht. Das Gelenk 136 ist dabei von einem flexiblen Bereich gebildet, der ein Verschwenken in alle Richtungen erlaubt. Das Gelenk 136 ist bei dem in Figur 3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel durch Mehrkomponenten-Spritzgießen mit TPE realisiert.
Der Halter 116 weist an seinem freien Ende einen Dorn 138 auf, auf den eine als Halter dienende Innenhülse 128 aufgeklipst ist. Die Innenhülse 140 ist dadurch bezüglich des Halters 116 um die Achse 134 drehbar.
Die Innenhülse 128 trägt eine als Auftragelement dienende Walze 124, die auf ihrer Außenseite eine Beflockung 142 trägt.
Im Vergleich zu der Ausführungsform nach den Figuren 1 und 2 ist die Radialausdehnung einer Ringlippe 130 des Abstreifers 120 wesentlich kleiner dimensioniert, weil die Walze 124 bzw. die Beflockung 142 nicht über die Außenkontur des Halters 116 oder des Gelenks 136 hervorsteht.
Ein Zwischenspeicher ist bei der Ausgestaltung nach Figur 3 nicht vorgesehen. Vielmehr genügt die Speicherkapazität der Beflockung 142, um ein häufiges Nachbeladen durch Eintauchen in die Flasche 112 überflüssig zu machen. Darüber hinaus ist die nach dem Abstreifen verbleibende Menge an Masse (Medium) durch das Verhältnis der Durchmesser von Halter und Walze bestimmt.
Der Halter 16, 116 der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele ist im Querschnitt rund. Er kann aber auch anders ausgestaltet sein, beispielsweise oval und mit einer großen Halbachse, die dem Durchmesser des Auftragelements 24, 124 enspricht.
Die in der obigen Beschreibung, den Ansprüchen sowie der Zeichnung offenbarten Merkmale der Erfindung können sowohl einzeln als auch in beliebigen Kombinationen für die Verwirklichung der Erfindung in ihren verschiedenen Ausführungsformen wesentlich sein.

Claims (25)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines Kosmetikprodukts (22, 122), mit einem Halter (16, 116) und einem Auftragelement (24, 124),
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
       das Auftragelement (24, 124) drehbar von dem Halter (16, 116) gehalten ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (24, 124) um eine Achse drehbar ist, deren Lage bezüglich des Halters (16, 116) fest ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse quer zu einer Längsachse (34) des Halters (16) liegt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse parallel zu der Längsachse (134) des Halters (116) liegt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abmessungen des Auftragelements (24) in Richtung seiner Drehachse kleiner oder größer sind als in Richtung quer zur Drehachse.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (24) die Form eines Rades oder einer Walze hat.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (24, 124) aus einem Werkstoff ist, der dazu ausgelegt ist, Kosmetikprodukt (22, 122) zu speichern.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (24, 124) zumindest teilweise porös ist und/oder seine Oberfläche im Sinne eines Spreitens auf das Kosmetikprodukt abgestimmt ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (24, 124) Kunststoff, wie etwa Polyethylen, Polypropylen und Polyamid, Metall, Keramik und/oder Schaumstoff aufweist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (24, 124) einen gesinterten Werkstoff aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (124) beflockt beschichtet, kaschiert und/oder mit einer strukturierten Oberfläche versehen ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Träger (28, 128) zum Tragen des Auftragelements (24, 124).
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (28, 128) drehbar an dem Halter (16, 116) angebracht ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (128) eine Innenhülse aufweist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (28, 128) in das Auftragelement (24, 124) eingepreßt ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Dorn (138) an dem Auftragelement (24, 124), dem Träger (28, 128) und/oder dem Halter (16, 116), auf den der Halter (16, 116), der Träger (28, 128) und/oder das Auftragelement (24, 124) aufgeschnappt ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Zwischenspeicher (32) für das Kosmetikprodukt (22).
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (32) dazu ausgelegt ist, überschüssiges Kosmetikprodukt (22) von dem Auftragelement (24) abzunehmen und/oder Kosmetikprodukt (22) auf dem Auftragelement (24) zu verteilen.
  19. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (32) dazu ausgelegt ist, Kosmetikprodukt (22) aufzusaugen.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (32) einen Kapillarspeicher aufweist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (32) in den Halter (16) integriert ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Griffbereich (110), wobei der Halter (116) bezüglich des Griffbereichs (110) verstellbar ist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (116) über eine verformbare Einrichtung (136) mit dem Griffbereich (110) verbunden ist.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verformbare Einrichtung (136) elastisch verformbar ist.
  25. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verformbare Einrichtung TPE aufweist.
