Claims (8)
- Pompe (10) destinée à pomper un liquide contenant du gaz pouvant s'échapper de la solution, comprenant :un collecteur (26) comprenant une chambre d'admission supérieure (40) raccordée sans soupapes à au moins une chambre à vanne inférieure (42) dotée d'une première et d'une seconde extrémités (44, 46), la première extrémité (44) étant adjacente et en dessous de la chambre d'admission supérieure (40) et la seconde extrémité (46) étant adjacente et au-dessus d'une chambre de compression (62) avec un clapet d'aspiration (52) entre la seconde extrémité (46) de la au moins une chambre à vanne (42) et la chambre de compression (62) ;un piston plongeur (24) qui peut se déplacer dans la chambre de compression (62) ; etun clapet de refoulement (66) dans une partie inférieure de la chambre de compression (62),caractérisée par un réglage d'obliquité vers le bas de la au moins une chambre à vanne (42), de telle sorte que la seconde extrémité (46) de la chambre à vanne (42) soit positionnée plus bas que la première extrémité (44) de la chambre à vanne (42) afin de faciliter l'échappement vers le haut de la vapeur dégagée dans la chambre d'admission supérieure (40) et la circulation vers le bas du liquide.
- Pompe (10) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre la chambre à vanne (42) ayant un côté supérieur sensiblement lisse.
- Pompe (10) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le volume de la au moins une chambre à vanne (42) est supérieur au volume laissé par le piston plongeur (24) en effectuant sa course complète dans la chambre de compression (62).
- Pompe (10) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :une conduite d'admission (14) inclinée vers le bas, en communication fluidique avec la chambre d'admission supérieure (40) ;une conduite de dégagement de vapeur (16) inclinée vers le haut en communication fluidique avec la chambre d'admission supérieure (40) ; etun réservoir d'alimentation (12) contenant du liquide en communication liquide avec la conduite d'admission (14) et vapeur avec la conduite de dégagement de vapeur (16), dans lequel la pompe (10) est à un niveau inférieur au niveau du liquide (13) dans le réservoir d'alimentation (12) afin de faciliter la circulation vers le bas du liquide et l'échappement vers le haut de la vapeur dégagée, la conduite d'admission (14) et la conduite de dégagement de vapeur (16) étant en communication fluidique avec la chambre d'admission supérieure (40).
- Procédé de réduction de la cavitation dans une pompe (10), permettant de pomper des liquides qui peuvent avoir du gaz s'échappant de la solution, ledit procédé comprenant :le positionnement d'une chambre d'admission supérieure (40) adjacente à et au-dessus d'une chambre à vanne (42) ;le positionnement de la chambre à vanne (42) adjacente à et au-dessus d'une chambre de compression (62) avec un clapet d'aspiration (52) entre ces dernières ;le positionnement d'un clapet de refoulement (66) dans une partie inférieure de la chambre de compression (62) ; etla suppression facilitée de la vapeur dégagée par le liquide tout en étant conservée dans la chambre d'admission supérieure (40) et dans la chambre à vanne (42) ;caractérisé en ce qu'il fournit une conduite inclinée vers le haut (16) pour la vapeur dégagée par le liquide tout en étant conservé dans la chambre d'admission supérieure (40) et dans la chambre à vanne (42) pour retourner vers la réservoir d'alimentation en liquide (12).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, comprenant en outre la suppression facilitée de la vapeur dégagée par le liquide tout en étant conservée dans la chambre d'admission supérieure (40) et dans la chambre à vanne (42) en réglant l'obliquité vers le bas de la chambre à vanne (42) pour qu'une seconde extrémité (46) de la chambre à vanne (42) soit plus bas par rapport à une première extrémité (44) de la chambre à vanne (42).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, comprenant en outre le fait de s'assurer que le côté supérieur de la chambre à vanne (42) est sensiblement lisse.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, comprenant en outre le placement de la pompe (10) plus bas que le niveau du liquide (13) dans le réservoir d'alimentation (12).
