Claims (12)
- Schleifmaschine, insbesondere spitzenlose Rundschleifmaschine, mit einem Maschinentisch (1), mit mindestens einer auf mindestens einem Scheibenschlitten (6,12) angeordneten Scheibe (2, 3), mit einer Einrichtung zur Halterung eines zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks, wobei der Scheibenschlitten (6, 12) jeweils gegen die Halterung des zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks und von dieser weg gesteuert verfahrbar ist, und mit mindestens einer Abrichtvorrichtung (17) zum Abrichten der Scheibe (2, 3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Abrichten die jeweilige Abrichtvorrichtung (17) und die entsprechende Scheibe (2, 3) relativ gegeneinander anstellbar sind, dass die Abrichtvorrichtung (17) auf einem Schlitten (18) angeordnet ist, der entlang einer ersten Achse (19) verfahrbar ist, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse (5, 11) der entsprechenden Scheibe (2, 3) ausgerichtet ist, und dass während des Verfahrens der Abrichtvorrichtung (17) entlang der ersten Achse (19) eine feststehende Führungsbahn (25) eine Referenzposition der Abrichtvorrichtung (17) bezüglich der abzurichtenden Scheibe (2, 3) in rechtwinkliger Richtung zu der ersten Achse (19) festlegt.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer auf einem Schleifscheibenschlitten (6) angeordneten Schleifscheibe (2) und mit einer auf einem Regelscheibenschlitten (12) angeordneten Regelscheibe (3) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Schleifscheibe (2) und die Regelscheibe (3) einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet und die Rotationsachsen (5, 11) der Schleifscheibe (2) und der Regelscheibe (3) gegenseitig ausgerichtet sind und die Einrichtung zur Halterung eines zu bearbeitenden Werkstücks als zwischen den beiden Scheiben angeordnete Werkstückauflagevorrichtung (16) ausgebildet ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (18), auf welchem die jeweilige Abrichtvorrichtung (17) angeordnet ist, auf dem jeweiligen Scheibenschlitten (6, 12) angebracht ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Regelscheibenschlitten (12) auf einer bezüglich des Maschinentisches (1) um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbaren Schwenkplatte (13) aufgesetzt ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, die Abrichtvorrichtung (17) auf einen Gleitschlitten (21) aufgesetzt ist, welcher entlang rechtwinklig zur ersten Achse (19) ausgerichteten Führungen (14) verschiebbar ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweilige Führungsbahn (25) als Führungsleiste ausgebildet ist, und dass der Gleitschlitten (21) mit einem Tastelement (26) ausgestattet ist, welches entlang der Führungsleiste (25) abläuft und mit dieser in Kontakt ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleitschlitten (21) mit der Abrichtvorrichtung (17) und somit das Tastelement (26) durch elastische Mittel (23) gegen die Führungsleiste (25) drückbar ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrichtvorrichtung (17) auf den Schlitten (18) aufgesetzt ist, welcher auf dem Gleitschlitten (21) angeordnet ist, der auf den Scheibenschlitten (6, 12) aufgesetzt ist, und dass die Führungsleiste (25) am auf dem Maschinentisch (1) angeordneten Unterbau (7, 13) des Scheibenschlittens (6, 12) befestigt ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Abrichten der jeweiligen Scheibe (2, 3) der entsprechende Scheibenschlitten (6, 12) verfahrbar und gegen die entsprechende Abrichtvorrichtung (17) anstellbar ist, und der Gleitschlitten (21), gehalten durch das Tastelement (26) und die Führungsleiste (25), entlang den Führungen (28) bezüglich dem Scheibenschlitten (6, 12) verschoben wird.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrichtvorrichtung (17) auf den Gleitschlitten (21) aufgesetzt ist, der seinerseits auf dem Schlitten (18) angeordnet ist, wobei dieser Schlitten (18) auf einen zusätzlichen Schlitten (31) aufgesetzt ist, welcher entlang der auf dem Scheibentisch (6, 12) angeordneten Führungen (32) senkrecht zur Rotationsachse (5, 11) der jeweiligen Scheibe (2, 3) an diese anstellbar und von dieser abstellbar ist, und dass die Führungsleiste (25) am zusätzlichen Schlitten (31) befestigt ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu Abrichten der jeweiligen Scheibe (2, 3) der zusätzliche Schlitten (31) verfahrbar und die Abrichtvorrichtung (17) gegen die entsprechende Scheibe (2, 3) anstellbar ist.
- Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die jeweiligen Schlitten (18), die zusätzlichen Schlitten (31) und die Scheibenschlitten (6, 12) über CNC-Achsensteuerungen verfahrbar sind.
