Claims (5)
- Manipulator für einen Gießlöffel (1) einer Gießanlage mit einem eine Schwenkwelle (8) für den Gießlöffel (1) tragenden Manipulatorarm (6), der zumindest in einer Richtung verstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gießlöffel (1) den einen und die Schwenkwelle (8) den anderen Teil (12) einer über eine Federrast (13) verriegelten Steckkupplung (10) tragen, daß für den Gießlöffel (1) ein Löffelhalter (17) mit einer Einhängeeinrichtung (18) aus einerseits dem Gießlöffel (1) und anderseits dem Löffelhalter (17) zugehörigen Halterungsteilen vorgesehen ist, die aus wenigstens einem Tragbolzen (20) und wenigstens einer den Tragbolzen (20) aufnehmenden Kulisse (19) bestehen, und daß in der anschlagbegrenzten Einhängestellung des Gießlöffels (1) der dem Gießlöffel (1) zugehörige Kupplungsteil (11) eine mit der Verstellrichtung des Manipulatorarmes (6) zusammenfallende Kupplungsrichtung aufweist, während die Kulisse (19) der Einhängeeinrichtung (18) zur Aufnahme des Tragbolzens (20) dazu quer verläuft.
- Manipulator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Gießlöffel (1) zugehörige Tragbolzen (20) der Einhängeeinrichtung (18) parallel zur Schwenkwelle (8) des Gießlöffels (1) , aber quer zur Kupplungsrichtung verläuft und daß sich die dem Löffelhalter (17) zugeordnete Kulisse (19) in der Einhängestellung des Gießlöffels (1) entlang eines Kreisbogens um die Schwenkwelle (8) des Gießlöffels (1) erstreckt.
- Manipulator nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Gießlöffel (1) zugehörige Kupplungsteil (11) aus einem Steckansatz in Form eines Pyramidenstumpfes besteht, der in eine pyramidenstumpfförmige Steckaufnahme des anderen Kupplungsteiles (12) eingreift, der im Bereich der Pyramidenseiten federbelastete Kugeln (15) aufweist, die in eine im Querschnitt keilförmige Umfangsnut (16) des Steckansatzes eingreifen.
- Manipulator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungsteile der Einhängeeinrichtung (18) zwischen dem Gießlöffel (1) und dem Löffelhalter (17) wenigstens einen Anschlagbolzen (21) und eine den Anschlagbolzen (21) aufnehmende Kulisse (22) aufweisen.
- Manipulator nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Löffelhalter (17) mit wenigstens zwei Einhängeeinrichtungen (18) für je einen Gießlöffel (1) ausgerüstet ist.
