Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein schalenartiges Behältnis aus Karton, Papier oder dergleichen, insbesondere zur Aufnahme und zum Anbieten von Esswaren, wobei das Behältnis (10) aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt hergestellt ist und eine durch Biegelinien (14) begrenzte Bodenfläche (12) mit über die Biegelinien (14) einstückig verbundenen Seitenflächen (16) aufweist, wobei die Seitenflächen (16) jeweils aus Seitenwandunterteilen (18) und Seitenwandoberteilen (20) gebildet sind, die jeweils durch Biegelinien (28) voneinander getrennt sind und die Biegelinien (28) in jeweils gleichem Abstand von der Bodenfläche (12) angeordnet sind, wobei die Seitenwandoberteile (20) jeweils eine über eine Biegelinie (30) einstückig verbundene Verbindungslasche (22) aufweisen, derart, dass die Verbindungslaschen (22) in einem zusammengefaltetem Zustand des Behältnisses (10) jeweils an der nach Innen in Richtung des Bodenteils (12) gerichteten Fläche des benachbartem Seitenwandoberteils (20) verschiebbar anliegen. <IMAGE>

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein schalenartiges Behältnis aus Karton, Papier oder dergleichen, insbesondere zur Aufnahme und zum Anbieten von Esswaren, wobei das Behältnis aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt hergestellt ist und eine durch Biegelinien begrenzte Bodenfläche mit über die Biegelinien einstückig verbundenen Seitenflächen aufweist, wobei die Seitenflächen jeweils aus Seitenwandunterteilen und Seitenwandoberteilen gebildet sind, die jeweils durch Biegelinien voneinander getrennt sind und die Biegelinien in jeweils gleichem Abstand von der Bodenfläche angeordnet sind. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Faltschachtel.
Derartige schalenartige Behältnisse sind bekannt. Entsprechende Behältnisse und Faltschachteln werden insbesondere zur Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln wie zum Beispiel Süßwaren verwendet. So beschreibt die DE 201 099 83.7 eine Schachtel zur Aufnahme und zum Anbieten von Esswaren mit einem Schachtelunterteil und einem darauf aufstülpbaren Deckel, wobei die Seitenwände des Schachtelunterteils zur Vergrößerung der Einfüll- und Entnahmeöffnung mit nach innen zeigenden, dreieckigen Faltlaschen versehen sind. Die einzelnen Seitenwände bestehen dabei aus Seitenwandunterteilen und Seitenwandoberteilen, die durch parallel zum Boden verlaufende Biegelinien voneinander getrennt sind. Die Unter- und Oberteile der Seitenwände sind dabei durch daran angesetzte Klebelaschen miteinander verbunden.
Nachteilig an diesem bekannten schalenartigen Behältnis ist jedoch, dass sowohl die Unter- wie auch Oberteile der Seitenwände miteinander verklebt sind. Dadurch wird einerseits die Herstellung derartiger Behältnisse erschwert, da hierbei zusätzliche Klebepunkte maschinell aufgetragen werden müssen. Zudem wird durch die Verklebung der maximale Durchmesser der Einfüll- und Entnahmeöffnung begrenzt. Entsprechendes gilt für den minimalen Öffnungsdurchmesser, bei dem üblicherweise ein Deckelelement auf das schalenartige Behältnis aufgesetzt wird.
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ein gattungsgemäßes schalenartiges Behältnis bereitzustellen, welches einfach herstellbar und in gefaltetem Zustand leicht befüllbar und verschließbar ausgebildet ist.
Es ist weiterhin Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung eine entsprechend vorteilhafte Faltschachtel bereitzustellen.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgaben dienen ein gattungsgemäßes schalenartiges Behältnis und eine Faltschachtel gemäß den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 1 und 13.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Ein erfindungsgemäßes schalenartiges Behältnis weist mit einer Bodenfläche über Biegelinien einstückig verbundene Seitenflächen auf, wobei die Seitenflächen jeweils aus Seitenwandunterteilen und Seitenwandoberteilen gebildet sind, die jeweils durch Biegelinien voneinander getrennt sind. Die Biegelinien sind in jeweils gleichem Abstand von der Bodenfläche angeordnet. Dabei weisen die Seitenwandoberteile jeweils eine über eine Biegelinie einstückig verbundene Verbindungslasche auf, derart, dass die Verbindungslaschen in einem zusammengefaltetem Zustand des Behältnisses jeweils an der nach innen in Richtung des Bodenteils gerichteten Fläche des benachbarten Seitenwandoberteils verschiebbar anliegen. Durch die Ausbildung von Verbindungslaschen, die jeweils verschiebbar, das heißt nicht fixiert an der nach innen in Richtung des Bodenteils gerichteten Fläche des benachbarten Seitenwandoberteils anliegen, können die Durchmesser der Öffnungen, die durch die Seitenwandoberteile gebildet werden, vorteilhafterweise variiert werden. Dabei bilden die Seitenwandoberteile und die Verbindungslaschen üblicherweise eine erste und zweite Öffnung des Behälters mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Durchmesser aus, wobei der zweite Durchmesser größer ist als der erste und der erste Durchmesser zum erleichterten Aufsetzen eines Deckelelements und der zweite Durchmesser zur Vergrößerung einer Einfüll- und Entnahmeöffnung dient. Ein derartiges erfindungsgemäßes Behältnis ist zudem leicht herstellbar, da keinerlei Verklebungen im Bereich der Seitenwandoberteile notwendig sind.
In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung entspricht die Länge der Verbindungslaschen jeweils mindestens 50 % der Länge der zwischen dem Seitenwandunterteil und dem Seitenwandoberteil ausgebildeten Biegelinie. Dadurch sind sehr große zweite Durchmesser, das heißt Durchmesser zur Vergrößerung der Einfüll- und Entnahmeöffnung, möglich.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht die Verbindungslasche jeweils aus einem unteren Laschenbereich und einem oberen Laschenbereich sowie einem den unteren und oberen Laschenbereich verbindenden Laschenbereich. Dabei kann der untere Laschenbereich länger als der obere Laschenbereich ausgebildet sein. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass der untere Laschenbereich kürzer als der obere Laschenbereich ausgebildet ist. In einer weiteren Ausführungsmöglichkeit sind der untere Laschenbereich und der obere Laschenbereich gleich lang ausgebildet. Zudem ist es möglich, dass der Verbindungsbereich abgerundet, spitz zulaufend oder rechtwinkelig ausgebildet ist. Des Weiteren ist es möglich, dass der obere und/oder der untere Laschenbereich eine Rundung aufweist. Aufgrund der Vielzahl der Ausgestaltungsmöglichkeiten der Verbindungslasche ist es vorteilhafterweise möglich, die Geometrie der Einfüll- und Entnahmeöffnung gemäß dem zweiten Durchmesser den jeweiligen Erfordernissen an das Aussehen oder an die technischen Anforderungen beim Einfüllen oder Entnehmen von Esswaren anzupassen.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist der untere Laschenbereich von der Biegelinie, welche das Seitenwandunterteil und das Seitenwandoberteil miteinander verbindet, beabstandet ausgebildet. Durch eine derartige Maßnahme wird die Beweglichkeit der Verbindungslasche deutlich erhöht.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Faltschachtel, insbesondere zur Aufnahme und zum Anbieten von Esswaren, besteht aus einem schalenförmigen Behältnis wie im Vorhergehenden beschrieben und einem auf das Behältnis aufsetzbaren Deckel.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus einem in der Figur dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel.
Die Figur zeigt in einer schematischen Darstellung einen einstückigen Zuschnitt für ein schalenartiges Behältnis 10. Das schalenartige Behältnis 10 weist dabei eine durch Biegelinien 14 begrenzte Bodenfläche 12 mit über die Biegelinien 14 einstückig verbundenen Seitenflächen 16 auf.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Bodenfläche 12 quadratisch ausgebildet. Es ist aber auch möglich, die Bodenfläche rechteckig oder als regelmäßiges oder unregelmäßiges Vieleck auszubilden. Das Behältnis 10 besteht üblicherweise aus Karton. Es ist aber auch möglich das Behältnis 10 aus Papier oder mit Karton vergleichbaren Materialien herzustellen. Auch Kunststoffmaterialien sind denkbar. Es ist auch möglich, dass das Material mit einer feuchtigkeits- und wärmebeständigen Beschichtung versehen sein.
Man erkennt, dass die Seitenflächen 16 jeweils aus Seitenwandunterteilen 18 und Seitenwandoberteilen 20 gebildet sind, die jeweils durch Biegelinien 28 voneinander getrennt sind. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Biegelinien 28 in jeweils gleichem Abstand von der Bodenfläche 12 angeordnet. Gegebenenfalls kann dieser Abstand jedoch variiert werden. Des Weiteren erkennt man, dass die Seitenwandoberteile 20 jeweils eine über eine Biegelinie 30 einstückig verbundene Verbindungslasche aufweisen, derart, dass die Verbindungslaschen 22 in einem zusammengefalteten Zustand des Behältnisses 10 jeweils an der nach innen in Richtung des Bodenteils 12 gerichteten Fläche des benachbarten Seitenwandoberteils 20 verschiebbar anliegen. Auf die bekannte Fixierung derartiger Verbindungslaschen an dem benachbarten Seitenwandoberteil wird bewusst verzichtet. Dadurch wird es möglich, dass die Seitenwandoberteile 20 und die Verbindungslaschen 22 eine erste und zweite Öffnung des Behälters 12 mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Durchmesser ausbilden können. Der zweite Durchmesser ist dabei größer als der erste. Der erste Durchmesser dient dabei zum erleichterten Aufsetzen eines Deckelelements und der zweite Durchmesser zur Vergrößerung einer Einfüll- und Entnahmeöffnung (nicht dargestellt).
Man erkennt, dass die Länge der Verbindungslasche 22 über 50 % der Länge der Biegelinie 28 ausmacht. Dadurch kann eine relativ große zweite Öffnung mit einem zweiten Durchmesser zur Bildung der Einfüll- und Entnahmeöffnung ausgebildet werden. Des Weiteren erkennt man, dass die Verbindungslasche 22 aus einem unteren Laschenbereich 32 und einem oberen Laschenbereich 34 besteht. Ein den unteren und oberen Laschenbereich 32, 34 verbindender Laschenbereich 36 ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel abgerundet ausgebildet. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass der Verbindungsbereich 36 spitz zulaufend oder rechtwinkelig ausgebildet ist. Des Weiteren erkennt man, dass der untere Laschenbereich 32 länger als der obere Laschenbereich 34 ausgebildet ist. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass der untere Laschenbereich 32 kürzer als der obere Laschenbereich 34 ist oder, dass die beiden Laschenbereiche 32, 34 gleich lang ausgebildet sind. In dem Ausführungsbeispiel weist der obere Laschenbereich 34 eine Rundung auf, die bei einem Umknicken der Seitenwandoberteile 20 von dem Bodenteil 12 weg mit dem entsprechenden oberen Rand des Seitenwandoberteils 20, an dem sie anliegen, eine gemeinsame Kante ausbildet. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass der untere oder der obere und der untere Laschenbereich 32, 34 eine Rundung aufweisen. Schließlich zeigt die Figur ein Ausführungsbeispiel, bei dem der untere Laschenbereich 32 von der Biegelinie 28 beabstandet ausgebildet ist. An den Seitenwandunterteilen 18 sind über Biegelinien 26 einstückig verbundene Klebelaschen 24 ausgebildet. Über diese Klebelaschen 24 sind die einzelnen Seitenwandunterteile 18 miteinander fest verbunden.

Schalenartiges Behältnis aus Karton, Papier oder dergleichen, insbesondere zur Aufnahme und zum Anbieten von Esswaren, wobei das Behältnis (10) aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt hergestellt ist und eine durch Biegelinien (14) begrenzte Bodenfläche (12) mit über die Biegelinien (14) einstückig verbundenen Seitenflächen (16) aufweist, wobei die Seitenflächen (16) jeweils aus Seitenwandunterteilen (18) und Seitenwandoberteilen (20) gebildet sind, die jeweils durch Biegelinien (28) voneinander getrennt sind und die Biegelinien (28) in jeweils gleichem Abstand von der Bodenfläche (12) angeordnet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwandoberteile (20) jeweils eine über eine Biegelinie (30) einstückig verbundene Verbindungslasche (22) aufweisen, derart, dass die Verbindungslaschen (22) in einem zusammengefaltetem Zustand des Behältnisses (10) jeweils an der nach Innen in Richtung des Bodenteils (12) gerichteten Fläche des benachbartem Seitenwandoberteils (20) verschiebbar anliegen.
  2. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwandoberteile (20) und die Verbindungslaschen (22) eine erste und zweite Öffnung des Behälters (12) mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Durchmesser ausbilden können, wobei der zweite Durchmesser größer ist als der erste und der erste Durchmesser zum erleichterten Aufsetzen eines Deckelelements und der zweite Durchmesser zur Vergrößerung einer Einfüll- und Entnahmeöffnung dient.
  3. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenfläche (12) als Quadrat, als Rechteck oder als regelmäßiges oder unregelmäßiges Vieleck ausgebildet ist.
  4. Behältnis nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwandunterteile (18) durch daran angesetzte Klebelaschen (24) miteinander verbunden sind.
  5. Behältnis nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der Verbindungslasche (22) mindestens 50% der Länge der Biegelinie (28) entspricht.
  6. Behältnis nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungslasche (22) aus einem unteren Laschenbereich (32) und einem oberen Laschenbereich (34) und einen den unteren und oberen Laschenbereich (32, 34) verbindenden Laschenbereich (36) besteht.
  7. Behältnis nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Laschenbereich (32) länger als der obere Laschenbereich (34) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Behältnis nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Laschenbereich (32) kürzer als der obere Laschenbereich (34) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Behältnis nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Laschenbereich (32) und der obere Laschenbereich (34) gleich lang ausgebildet sind.
  10. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsbereich (36) abgerundet, spitz zulaufend oder rechtwinkelig ausgebildet ist.
  11. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere und/oder der untere Laschenbereich (32, 34) eine Rundung aufweist.
  12. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Laschenbereich (32) von der Biegelinie (28) beabstandet ausgebildet ist.
  13. Faltschachtel, insbesondere zur Aufnahme und zum Anbieten von Esswaren, bestehend aus einem schalenförmigen Behältnis (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 und einem auf das Behältnis (10) aufsetzbarem Deckel.
