Claims (7)
- Profilé composite (1) pour encadrements d'éléments de parois, de portes ou de fenêtres, présentant au moins deux profilés métalliques (2, 3) reliés l'un à l'autre et maintenus à une distance (A) l'un de l'autre, un espace intermédiaire (4) étant formé entre les profilés métalliques (2, 3), un matériau d'isolation (5) résistant au feu et/ou à la chaleur étant disposé dans l'espace intermédiaire (4),
les profilés métalliques (2, 3) étant reliés l'un à l'autre par des boulons métalliques (15),
caractérisé en ce que
la section transversale totale de boulons par mètre courant de profilé est inférieure à 250 mm2/m et de préférence inférieure à 130 mm2/m, le diamètre (D) du boulon métallique (15) étant inférieur à 5 mm et de préférence inférieur à 4 mm et moins de 12 boulons et de préférence environ 10 boulons (15) étant disposés par mètre courant du profilé composite. - Profilé composite selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur au moins un côté du profilé composite (1), la surface (6, 7) du matériau d'isolation est décalée vers l'intérieur, ce qui forme un creux (10).
- Profilé composite selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau de construction intumescent (11) est arrangé dans le creux (10).
- Profilé composite selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur (d) du matériau de construction intumescent (11) correspond sensiblement à la profondeur (t) du creux (10).
- Profilé composite selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de construction intumescent (11) est recouvert d'une couche de protection (12), notamment en PVC.
- Profilé composite selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de fermeture, en particulier une serrure de porte (13) ou une plaque de fermeture (14), sont disposés dans la zone du creux (10).
- Profilé composite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les profilés métalliques (2, 3) sont remplis de matériau isolant (20) et en ce que la surface des profilés métalliques (2, 3) est dotée d'une déformation, en particulier d'une empreinte (21), qui maintient le matériau isolant (20) en une position prédéterminée.
