Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer un profilé composite avec des chambres creuses prévues sur les côtés extérieurs et formées par au moins un rail profilé en acier et une couche d'isolation disposée entre les chambres creuses, résistante au feu et la chaleur, sous la forme d'une ou de deux parties isolantes en forme de baguettes pour le cadre d'éléments de cloison assurant une protection contre le feu et la fumée, de portes et de fenêtres, des traverses en acier s'étendant dans la zone de la couche isolante et fixées sur les parois de chambres creuses étant donc prévues, les chambres creuses se faisant face et étant disposées sur le côté extérieur respectif d'au moins un rail profilé, et les traverses étant disposées transversalement ou en formant un angle par rapport à la direction longitudinale du profilé composite et reliant les deux parois des chambres creuses opposées, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir d'une tôle d'acier, on forme par roulage les rails profilés (10,11) ou le rail profilé (31a) avec deux rainures de logement pour deux pièces isolantes (16,17; 27,28) ou pour une pièce isolante (39), et en plus on constitue des bords à renflement (29,40,41,42), par roulage dans la zone des rainures de logement, pour la fixation mécanique par conjugaison de forme des pièces isolantes, et des traverses (20,22,23,34,35,36,37) par des découpages dans la zone des fonds de rainure et on introduit des pièces isolantes en forme de baguettes dans les rainures de logement, qui vont dans la direction longitudinale du profilé composite.
