Definitions

  • the invention relates to a longitudinal or cross member for a support structure, which essentially consist of T-shaped, angled metal sheets are a surface grid for a ceiling cladding that is adjacent to one another forming and insertable between two parallel supports and on these detachably mounted ceiling panels, the carrier each a basic sheet metal body forming a T-shape and a stiffening sheet metal body consist of the basic sheet metal body in one piece from the T-shaped double-walled belt and one, perpendicular to this subsequent double-walled web is composed of the belt and the web from a single first sheet metal strip to one (horizontal) adjacent outer and two inner webbing strips and two (vertical) adjacent web strips are angled, the belt is enveloped by the stiffening sheet metal body and the stiffening sheet metal body from a single, angled to form the belt, second sheet metal strip is assembled.
  • a carrier is out DE-A-35 25 139 known.
  • the folded profiles if possible, the webs little should survive so that the usable for supporting the ceiling tiles Width of the cross belts is not unnecessarily restricted.
  • the folds out the level of the webs are therefore equally far on each side, so that the web edge at the zenith of the folded profile is exactly in the middle; This is at least necessary for the carriers if the insert construction is there the folding profiles is hung, the suspensions inside of the respective folding profile are inserted through the gap.
  • the middle Arrangement of the zenith on the support profile ensures that no torques can attack the carriers.
  • a carrier which has a belt, the ends of which are stiffened by means of an additional webbing.
  • the end of the web is angled several times to increase the rigidity Pockets are formed here on both sides of the web.
  • the attachment the carrier is carried out in a conventional manner Notches one of the straps, which is on the belt of the continuous Supports the wearer.
  • the invention has for its object a carrier of the initially described In a way that is easy to manufacture, requires a small grid joint and can be used variably, the belt can be above or below and in which the connection of the carrier to one another and the connection of the plates with the carrier in the simplest Way is producible.
  • the grooves N1 and N2 at the end of the web or on the belt are of this type arranged to each other that can be inserted into these fasteners are.
  • These fasteners can either be used to attach Ceiling plates serve, and that when the web with its belt after is arranged at the top, or these serve to accommodate tab pieces, which are intended to connect the carriers to one another, wherein hereby obtained a transverse as well as a longitudinal connection of beams can be. There are therefore no screw connections for the construction of the carrier system more needed.
  • Such a carrier can be made from a galvanized coating without difficulty
  • Metal sheet can be made without the coating being punched out Openings or spot welds or other imperfections should be injured locally.
  • the strap of the wearer is attached by the Stiffening sheet metal body with a particularly high proportion of the total moment of resistance of the carrier can be produced and at the same time already extraordinarily stable in itself.
  • the edges of the first sheet metal strip are facing away from the web, angled horizontal first guide grooves in which along the beam sliding holding pieces for the ceiling panels are guided.
  • the guide grooves have a semicircular cross section have because it can be easily molded and a safe

  • Such an arrangement allows the absence of cross members: the ceiling panels but are still stored safely because they lie on three sides.
  • the stability on her fourth, supporting the adjacent ceiling tile Side can be improved in that the ceiling tile on this side by at least on both sides a holding piece is held on the adjacent beams is.
  • a uniform joint width between the ceiling tiles results in a simple way if the flanges provided edge pieces of adjacent ceiling tiles one on both sides of at least one of the associated Strike the attached spacer at which it is also sufficient if it is only temporary and provisional provided and not firmly connected to the carrier has been.
  • the described training of the carriers is paramount provided for a support structure in which the Straps of the straps are oriented overhead. It is however, deviating from this, also as with the previously known Holding structure possible that the straps arranged so are that their belts underneath as a support for the Serve ceiling tiles. With such an arrangement a suspension of the carrier can be carried out very easily by perforations in the webs of the beams such as Slots or the like are provided in which Suspensions for the carrier can be locked. Especially It is beneficial if the suspensions in flat Retaining tabs leak into the double-walled web of the respective carrier insertable and with one piece molded spring pieces are provided, which in the Interrupt openings so that they are the carrier fix.
  • the two are sufficient Web strips of a carrier's upward-pointing web slightly spliced and the respective retaining tab so far to insert into the web that his spring piece into one of the openings provided there engages and the suspension is locked to the carrier.
  • a slight bulging of the web at this point can in the design of the guide of the holding pieces and / or tab pieces are easily taken into account are made in such a way that there is sufficient play in the Guide grooves have to prevent jamming on the bulges exclude; also a selective instead of one flat contact of the holding pieces and / or tab pieces on the bridges can be useful.
  • They are also Sheet pieces of the holding pieces mostly from the outset the special training of the guide grooves is sufficient spaced far from the web.
  • a support structure with beams according to the invention leads to a very light construction, the overall the ceiling load is also reduced.
