Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Verbundprofils mit an den Außenseiten vorgesehenen, durch mindestens eine Profilschiene aus Stahl gebildeten Hohlkammern und einer zwischen den Hohlkammern angeordneten feuer- und temperaturwiderstandsfähigen Isolierschicht in Form eines oder zweier leistenförmiger Isolierteile für Rahmen von gegen Feuer und Rauch schützenden Wandelementen, Türen und Fenstern, wobei im Bereich der Isolierschicht verlaufende, an den Hohlkammerwandungen festgelegte Stege aus Stahl vorgesehen sind, die Hohlkammern einander gegenüberliegend an der jeweiligen Außenseite der mindestens einen Profilschiene angeordnet sind, und die Stege quer oder winklig zur Längserstreckung des Verbundprofils verlaufend die beiden Wandungen der gegenüberliegenden Hohlkammern verbinden dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aus einem Stahlblech die Profilschienen (10,11) oder die Profilschiene (31a) mit zwei Aufnahmenuten für zwei Isolierteile (16,17;27,28) oder für ein Isolierteil (39) rollgeformt werden und ferner durch Rollformung im Bereich der Aufnahmenuten Wulstränder (29,40,41,42) zur formschlüssigen Festlegung der Isolierteile und durch Ausstanzungen im Bereich der Nutböden Stege (20,22,23,34,35,36,37) gebildet und leistenförmige Isolierteile in die Aufnahmenuten eingebracht werden, die in Längserstreckung des Verbundprofils verlaufen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Nutwandungen (25,26) geringfügig nach innen zur Aufnahmenut für die feuerfesten Isolierteile (27,28) abgewinkelt und die Nutwandungen (25,26) in einer Vorrichtung nach außen gespreizt, die Isolierteile (27,28) gleichzeitig oder nacheinander eingeschoben und die Nutwandungen zur kraftschlüssigen Anlage an den Isolierteilen freigegeben werden, wobei die in Querrichtung des Verbundprofils sich erstreckenden Wulstränder (29) die Isolierteile (27,28) formschlüssig sichern.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stahlblechprofil (31a) einstückig aus einem Blechband gerollt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stahlblechprofil aus zwei rollgeformten Einzelprofilen (32,33) zusammengesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (20,22,23,24) den Boden zweier Aufnahmenuten (14,15) bilden und die Stege als Doppelstege gestaltet sind, die im Berührungsbereich miteinander durch Schweißen, Löten oder Kleben verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in die Aufnahmenuten (14,15) eingesetzten Isolierteile (16,17;27,28) im Bereich zwischen den Stegen durch einen Kleber oder durch Schrauben oder Nieten verbunden werden.
