Claims (6)

  1. Profilé composite (1) pour des châssis d'éléments de paroi, de portes ou de fenêtres,
    comportant au moins deux profilés métalliques (2, 3) consistant en acier qui sont reliés et qui sont maintenus à une distance (A) l'un de l'autre, un espacement (4) étant formé entre ces profilés métalliques (2, 3),
    et un matériau isolant (5) résistant au feu et/ou à la chaleur qui est disposé dans l'espacement (4),
    la surface (6, 7) du matériau isolant, sur au moins un côté du profilé composite (1), étant décalée vers l'intérieur par rapport à la surface latérale (8, 9) des profilés métalliques (2, 3), ce qui forme un creux (10) entre les surfaces (8, 9) des profilés métalliques (2, 3), et en ce qu'un matériau de construction (11) qui s'expanse à une temperature accrue est placé dans le creux (10),
    caractérisé en ce que des elements de fermeture, en particulier une serrure de porte (13) ou une gâche (14), sont disposés dans la zone du creux (10).
  2. Profilé composite selon la revendication 1, caractérise en ce que la surface (6, 7) du matériau isolant est décalée vers l'intérieur des deux côtés du profilé composite (1).
  3. Profilé composite selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur (d) du matériau de construction qui s'expanse (11) correspond à peu près a l'épaisseur (t) du creux (10).
  4. Profilé composite selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3 précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de construction qui s'expanse (11) est recouvert d'une couche de protection (12), en particulier en PVC.
  5. Profilé composite selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les profilés métalliques (2, 3) sont reliés entre eux par des tiges métalliques (15), caractérisé en ce que la section transversale totale des tiges par mètre du profilé est inférieure àenviron 250 mm2/m, de préférence environ 130 mm2/m et en ce que le diamètre (D), notamment, des tiges métalliques (15) est inférieur à 5 mm, de préférence à 4 mm, et moins de 12 tiges, de préférence environ 10 tiges (15) sont disposées par mètre de profilé composite.
  6. Profilé composite selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les profilés métalliques (2, 3) sont remplis avec un matériau isolant (20) et en ce que la surface des profilés métalliques (2, 3) est pourvue d'une déformation, en particulier une granulation (21), afin de maintenir le matériau isolant (20) dans une position prédéfinie.
