Claims (11)
- Porte insonorisée comprenant
un châssis (1 ; 41) en profilés (11, 12, 13) métalliques et
un vantail (2) de porte pivotant, qui comprend un cadre (3 ; 43) profilé et, comme remplissage dans le cadre (3 ; 43) profilé, une plaque (4) de verre rectangulaire lourde, dont la partie d'extrémité est fixée tout autour sur tous les quatres côtés, entre une surface de support d'un premier profilé (31 ; 431) du cadre (3 ; 43) profilé et un bandeau (33 ; 433) de maintien du verre, qui, de son côté, est fixé à un autre profilé (32 ; 444) relié au premier profilé (31 ; 431),
dans laquelle au moins les profilés formant le cadre (3 ; 43) profilé du vantail (2) sont des profilés métalliques creux et

- Porte insonorisée suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle l'autre profilé (32 ; 444) du cadre (3 ; 43) profilé a un profil à plusieurs bords, dont la dimension perpendiculaire au plan de la plaque (4) de verre est égale à l'épaisseur de la plaque (4) de verre additionnée de tolérances nécessaires.
- Porte insonorisée suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle le bandeau (33 ; 433) de maintien du verre est un profilé rectangulaire, qui, par une partie de son côté en largeur, s'applique sur une surface de l'autre profilé (32 ; 444) et, par une autre partie de son côté en largeur, sur une partie de bord de la plaque (4) de verre.
- Porte insonorisée suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant un mécanisme (5) de fermeture, qui, lorsque le ventail (2) de la porte est fermé, le tire contre le châssis (1 ; 41), le mécanisme (5) de fermeture reposant sur le bandeau (33 ; 433) de maintien du verre.
- Porte insonorisée suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle le cadre (3 ; 43) profilé du ventail (2) de la porte est replié trois fois en forme de palier avec le châssis (1 ; 41) en profilé métallique.
- Porte insonorisée suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle l'autre profilé (444) est, par une masse (445) élastique, collé au premier profilé (431) et à encore un autre profilé (432) métallique creux, lequel est relié au premier profilé (432).
- Porte insonorisée suivant la revendication 6, dans laquelle le premier pli a une surface de feuillure entre le premier profilé (31) du cadre (3) profilé du ventail de la porte et un premier profilé (11) métallique du châssis (1), le deuxième pli a une surface de feuillure entre un deuxième profilé (32) et un deuxième profilé (12) métallique du châssis (1) et le troisième pli, une surface de feuillure entre le bandeau (33) de maintien du verre et un troisième profilé (13) métallique du châssis.
- Porte insonorisée suivant la revendication 6, 7 ou 8, dans laquelle des bandes (60, 61, 62) d'étanchéité élastiques sont disposées dans les plis.
- Porte insonorisée suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle tous les profilés sont des profilés en acier à quatre pans.
- Porte insonorisée suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle au moins une partie des profilés contient un matériau de remplissage insonorisant.
