Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de sécurité pour portes, fenêtres ou similaires dans lesquels :
    - les battants (3) sont montés, par des pentures, (7) dans l'ouverture libre d'un cadre dormant (1), avec possibilité de rotation autour d'un axe de charnière (11), le cadre dormant et/ou le cadre battant (4) étant constitués de profilés creux,
    - une fente (5) subsiste entre les faces en regard (1') du cadre dormant (1) et 4') du cadre battant,
    - une broche de sécurité (20, 30, 40), d'axe parallèle au plan des cadres et perpendiculaire à l'axe de charnière (11), est fixée vers la penture, sur un des côtés en regard (1', 4') du cadre dormant (1) ou du battant (3), cette broche dépasse par rapport à ce côté (1', 4') du dormant (1) ou du battant (3) juste suffisamment pour venir, lorsque le battant se ferme, en prise dans une ouverture (18, 23) pratiquée dans le côté opposé (4', 1') de l'autre élément (4, 1), ceci sans gêner l'ouverture ou la fermeture du battant,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la broche de sécurité (20, 30) comporte au moins une saillie périphérique (19) située près de l'extrémité avant (30') de la broche (30) et s'appuyant sur le bord de l'ouverture.
  2. Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la saillie périphérique est constituée par un collet (19).
  3. Dispositif de sécurité pour portes, fenêtres ou similaires dans lesquels :
    - les battants (3) sont montés, par des pentures, (7) dans l'ouverture libre d'un cadre dormant (1), avec possibilité de rotation autour d'un axe de charnière (11), le cadre dormant et/ou le cadre battant (4) étant constitués de profilés creux,
    - une fente (5) subsiste entre les faces en regard (1') du cadre dormant (1) et 4') du cadre battant,
    - une broche de sécurité (20, 30, 40), d'axe parallèle au plan des cadres et perpendiculaire à l'axe de charnière (11), est fixée vers la penture, sur un des côtés en regard (1', 4') du cadre dormant (1) ou du battant (3), cette broche dépasse par rapport à ce côté (1', 4') du dormant (1) ou du battant (3) juste suffisamment pour venir, lorsque le battant se ferme, en prise dans une ouverture (18, 23) pratiquée dans le côté opposé (4', 1') de l'autre élément (4, 1), ceci sans gêner l'ouverture ou la fermeture du battant,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est prévu, dans l'élément (1) situé en face de la broche de sécurité (40) un contre-palier pour recevoir l'extrémité en saillie (40') de la broche de sécurité (40).
  4. Dispositif de sécurité selon les revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la broche de sécurité (20, 30, 40) est située près d'une penture (9).
  5. Dispositif de sécurité selon une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le cadre dormant (1) et/ou dans le cadre battant(4) sont montées des pièces de fixation (25, 26, 28) recevant les vis de fixation (14, 21) de la partie de penture (8) fixée au battant et de la partie de penture (9) fixée au dormant respectivement, les pièces de fixation étant dimensionnées pour pouvoir à la fois assurer la fixation de la broche de sécurité (30, 40) et la formation d'un contre-palier (28').

    caractérisé en ce qu'
    il est prévu une sécurité s'opposant à la rotation de la broche de sécurité (30, 40).
  8. Dispositif de sécurité selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la sécurité antirotation est constituée d'une bague flexible (24) enserrant la broche de sécurité (30, 40) et montée dans une autre partie de l'alésage traversé par la broche de sécurité (30, 40).
  9. Dispositif de sécurité selon une des revendications 5 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans la pièce de fixation (26) de l'élément (1) situé en face, est vissée une douille de sécurité (22) présentant un évidement (18) dans laquelle est en prise l'extrémité avant (30') de la broche de sécurité (30).
