Definitions

  • the invention relates to a door or window hinge for doors or windows with a fixed frame and a can be moved against it by means of the band Casement, the band a frame part for Attach to the frame and a sash hinge part for Attach to the sash frame and the band parts by means of of a hinge pin are rotatably connected to each other and with a cuboid fastener as Additional device for the tape, the fastener has a T-shaped cross section and into a along the Folding side of the sash frame trained fitting groove can be used and the fastener in two to each other vertical plane holes for receiving Fixing screws for connecting to the Sash frame hinge part and fastening screws for Has attachment to the casement.
  • Such hinges for doors or windows are diverse known and are usually with their parts by means of Screws attached to frame and casement.
  • DE-GM 93 17 065.3 is an adjustable hinge known for doors or windows, the casement hinge part on the one hand on the visible surface of the casement, on the other hand with an angle stop on the casement Screws is attached while the frame hinge part on the inside surface of the window frame by means of Screws is attached.
  • Such attachment has the Disadvantage that they are compared to frontal pressure, for example with a Attempted break-in, only minor, insufficient Resilience.
  • DE-A-36 31 671 is a volume which contains all the features of the preamble of Claim 1 has, for doors or windows known in which the rebate-side distance between the frame and sash, the so-called folding air, by means of an in Sash frame hinge part arranged adjustment mechanism is variable.
  • a Fastening element in the hardware groove of the casement used, which the screwing with the Wing frame hinge part serves. Security against prying out is not created by this.
  • US-A-4,085,650 describes a hinge of simple construction, which with its band tabs on the fold side of the glare or Sash frame is attached. To increase the Burglary protection is prominent in a hinge Pen formed in when closing the casement a corresponding recess of the other band flap intervenes.
  • a hinge Pen formed in when closing the casement a corresponding recess of the other band flap intervenes.
  • Such a band shape of a hinge or band is not applicable to doors or windows because of the principle the clearance must be kept to a minimum, which the installation space for standard locking elements is not available stands.
  • the known hinge is always Congruence of the band flaps required to achieve the To ensure the function of the pen, but what with a Tape for windows or doors is not easily the case.
  • the object of the invention is therefore a tape for doors or To create windows with improved fastening, in which the Force application to break open when closed the window or door better on the entire frame is distributed and therefore the resistance to lateral prying and frontal pressure is improved and a Opening by breaking open and levering is prevented.
  • the invention proposes that the fastener on its top facing the frame with at least a protruding and adjustable locking pin is equipped with one on the fold side of the Frame attached striking plate when closing the door or the window can be brought into operative connection.
  • the fastener is for insertion into one along the Folded side of the sash frame trained fitting groove with a formed approximately T-shaped cross section, whereby on both Long sides of the fastener a protruding Border is created.
  • the hardware groove is with the usual profiles for the production of the casement always available and also in terms of their dimensions in essentially standardized so that one is different for many designed sash frame suitable fastening element is usable and in a simple manner in the hardware groove Sash frame can be used.
  • the in the fastener of the fastening screws of the Sash frame part introduced forces are now in the Hardware groove of the casement initiated, which is very much anyway is stable and the occurring forces are safe can record.
  • the striking plate advantageously has at least one Recess in which the locking pin when closing the door or window is insertable.
  • commercially available striking plates can be used for usually the lock area of the door or window be used and now according to the invention in a new Intended use.
  • Such striking plates are for the most diverse frame profiles used commercially available and therefore fit the respective used frame profile.
  • Safety pin provides that the safety pin on one End of a locking pin is formed on his one end a screw thread for screwing into a Fastener and between the two ends of the Securing pin a plate edge area with opposite the screw thread and the locking pin enlarged Is formed diameter, the surface as Stop surface on the striking plate is used.
  • the above inserted into the fastener The locking pin can be easily adjusted to the prevailing between the frame and sash Folded air can be adjusted so that sufficient immersion to transfer the absorbed forces to the Strike plate on the frame is guaranteed. With air gap the distance between the folded sides of the frame and Casement in the closed state of the window designated.
  • the sash rebate side and a striking plate on the The frame rebate side reduces the so-called rebate clearance, i.e. the distance between the frame and sash in which the casement towards the rebate side of the frame is movable is reduced.
  • Adjusting the safety pin can be done, for example, that the locking pin is screwed into the fasteners, so that by Change in the screwing depth of the degree of protrusion simply changed the surface of the fastener can be.
  • the safety pin already allows described task of insertion into the recess of the Striking plate and the possible forwarding of the am Sashes attacking forces in the frame additionally the air gap between the frame and sash reduce what about the degree of screwing the Locking pin is adjustable in the fastener.
  • the one between the screw thread and the safety pin trained plate-shaped area serves in the case lateral force on the casement and the hinge, For example, when trying to break in by levering the lock side as a stop surface by the plate-shaped area with its surface against the Strike plate in which the recess for the locking pin surrounding area in such a leverage attempt strikes after slight movement of the casement.
  • Safety pin a limitation of the clearance, i.e.
  • the invention proposes that Fastener one to the holes of the Fastening element for the reception of Fastening screws for connecting to the casement has parallel screw hole for the locking pin that one starting from the top of the fastener cylindrical countersink with a diameter of plate-shaped region has an adapted diameter, in which the safety pin with its plate-shaped Area is feasible.
  • the recess forms for the plate-shaped area guide surfaces for this and prevents buckling of the Screw thread from the plate-shaped area, since this can support against the guide surfaces.
  • the tape according to the invention is so according to one embodiment arranged on the frame and sash that the Locking pin of the fastener and the corresponding Recess of the striking plate approximately at the center line of the Wing frame hinge part are arranged and there their Resistance of the band to external forces can perform increasing function.
  • the safety pin and the interacting with it Strike plate also in other places within the fold between the frame and sash, as well a combined arrangement of two or more Safety pins and a corresponding number of Recesses in the striking plate, for example one in the amount of Center line and one above the center line of the Wing frame hinge part, are possible and Resistance of such a door or window against further increase external force.
  • the fastener is also used to stiffen the corner Casement can be used.
  • the fastener points at least one in Longitudinal through continuous mounting hole on the perpendicular to the two planes of the holes Fastening element for connecting to the casement or Wing frame hinge part runs.
  • Fasteners made from an aluminum profile can significantly increase the load capacity of the sash corner and resistance to attacking outside Forces, especially when trying to break in, significantly increased become.
  • the fasteners on the vertical spars of the casement also with one Safety pin and safety pin must be equipped, which then corresponding with a corresponding on the frame the attached striking plate interact.
