Claims (11)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schneegleitbretts (1), umfassend insbesondere einen vor den späteren Herstellungsschritten des Gleitbretts (1) vorhergehenden Schritt, der darin besteht, dass eine Zier- und Schutzaußeneinheit (3) hergestellt wird, wobei die Außeneinheit (3) mit mindestens einem Zusatzteil (8) vorgesehen ist, das nicht eine Führungsschiene oder ein Element zur Befestigung einer Führungsschiene für die Elemente der Sicherheitsbindung ist, und dann für die späteren Herstellungsschritte des Bretts (1) in einer Form positioniert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man außerdem die folgenden Phasen vorsieht, in denen:
    a) man die Außeneinheit (3) herstellt, die eine Außenseite (6) und eine Innenseite (7) aufweist;
    b) man in der hergestellten Außeneinheit (3) mindestens eine Öffnung (17) herstellt; und man auf die Außenseite (6) der Außeneinheit (3) das oder die Zusatzteile (8) anbringt, die jeweils mindestens eine durchgehende Befestigungszone (11) aufweisen, die durch die Öffnung oder Öffnungen (17) hindurchtritt, an der Innenseite (7) vorsteht und in die durch die späteren Herstellschritte des Bretts (1) erhaltene Innenstruktur (4) eintritt, so dass ein oder mehrere Mittel zur festen Verbindung gebildet werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zusatzteil (8) aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die umfasst:
    - Verstärkungsteile gegen örtliche Abnutzung;
    - Teile, die zum Ergreifen des Bretts bestimmt sind.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zuvor in der oder den Befestigungszonen (11) des oder der Zusatzteile (8) eine oder mehrere Aussparungen (13, 14, 15) vorsieht, um das Füllen der Aussparung oder Aussparungen (13, 14, 15) mit einem Werkstoff zu gestatten, der zur Verbindung der Innenstruktur (4) in den späteren Herstellungsschritten des Bretts (1) bestimmt ist.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zur Verbindung der Innenstruktur (4) bestimmte Werkstoff ein Harz ist, wenn die späteren Herstellungsschritte des Bretts (1) insbesondere einen Pressformungsvorgang umfassen, und dass der zur Verbindung der Innenstruktur (4) bestimmte Werkstoff ein Polyurethan ist, wenn die späteren Herstellungsschritte des Bretts (1) insbesondere einen Einspritzvorgang umfassen.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Phase einfügt, die nach der Phase stattfindet, in der man das oder die Zusatzteile (8) in die Öffnung oder Öffnungen (17) der Außeneinheit (3) einsetzt, und in der man auf Höhe der Befestigungszone oder -zonen (11) mindestens eine Bremse vorsieht, die dazu bestimmt ist, ein Herausreißen des oder der Zusatzteile (8) zu verhindern.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse oder die Bremsen, die auf Höhe der Befestigungszone oder -zonen (11) vorgesehen sind, aus einer oder mehreren Nuten (13) bestehen.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse oder die Bremsen, die auf Höhe der Befestigungszone oder - zonen (11) vorgesehen sind, aus einem oder mehreren Blockierungskeilen oder Ringen (16) bestehen, die in die Nut oder Nuten (13) oder in die Aussparung oder Aussparungen (14, 15) eingepresst sind.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremse oder die Bremsen, die auf Höhe der Befestigungszone oder -zonen (11) vorgesehen sind, aus einem oder mehreren vorstehenden Elementen bestehen, die in der oder den Nuten (13) oder in der oder den Aussparungen (14, 15) durch einen Stanzvorgang hergestellt sind.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Zusatzteile (8) mindestens zum Teil in die Struktur des Bretts (1) eingelassen sind, so dass ihre Oberseite (9) mit der Außenseite (2) des Gleitbretts (1) bündig ist.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man in der Außeneinheit (3) eine oder mehrere der oder den Befestigungszonen (11) entsprechende Öffnungen (17) vorsieht.
  11. Schneegleitbrett, umfassend insbesondere einen Laufbelag, eine Innenstruktur (4) und eine Zier- und Schutzaußeneinheit (3), wobei die Außeneinheit (3) auf ihrer Außenseite (6) ein oder mehrere Zusatzteile (8) umfasst, die keine Schienen zur Führung der Elemente einer Sicherheitsbindung sind und die jeweils mindestens eine Befestigungszone (11) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungszone oder -zonen (11) durchgehend sind, durch die Außeneinheit (3) hindurchtreten, vorstehen und in die Innenstruktur (4) des Bretts (1) eindringen, so dass sie ein oder mehrere Mittel zur festen Verbindung durch Verankerung in der Außeneinheit (3) und/oder in der Innenstruktur (4) bilden.
