Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Beizen von Gegenständen aus Stahl, insbesondere Edelstahl, im Chargenbetrieb mit einem keine Salpetersäure enthaltenden Beizmittel, das aus einem Beizmitteltank auf die in einer Beizkabine vorgehaltenen Gegenstände aufgesprüht wird, wobei beim Aufsprühen des Beizmittels ein Gasausgleich zwischen Beizkabine und Beizmitteltank durchgeführt wird, womit in der Beizkabine entstehende Gase teilweise zum Beizmitteltank zurückgeführt werden, und nach dem Beizen aus einem Spülwassertank Spülwasser auf die in der Beizkabine vorgehaltenen Gegenstände aufgesprüht und ein Gasausgleich zwischen Beizkabine und Spülwassertank durchgeführt wird, womit die beim Spülen entstehenden Restgase teilweise zum Spülwassertank zurückgeführt werden, ohne dass dabei Abluft an die Umgebung abgegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spülvorgang mehrstufig aus mehreren Spülwassertanks erfolgt, wobei mit jedem Spülvorgang die Reinheit des Spülwassers zunimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das sich auf dem Kabinenboden sammelnde Beizmittel während und/oder nach dem Beizvorgang und das sich auf dem Kabinenboden sammelnde Spülwasser während und/oder nach dem/den Spülvorgängen in den Beizmitteltank bzw. den/die Spülwassertanks zurückgefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Spülvorgang Frischwasser in der Beizkabine vernebelt wird, wobei das sich auf dem Kabinenboden sammelnde leicht saure Wasser zum Spülwassertank mit größter Reinheit des Spülwassers gefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Spülvorgang bzw. nach der Frischwasservernebelung ein Passivieren, bevorzugt mit stabilisierter Zitronensäure, und anschließende Wasserspülung durchgeführt werden.
- Anlage zum Beizen von Gegenständen aus Stahl, insbesondere Edelstahl, im Chargenbetrieb mit einem Beizmitteltank (2), einer Beizkabine (1) mit einer Düsenanordnung (11), einer Beizmittelzuführleitung (21) vom Beizmitteltank (2) zur Düsenanordnung (11) in der Beizkabine (1) und einem Spülwassertank (3), der an die Düsenanordnung (11) der Beizkabine (1) über eine Spülwasserzuführleitung (31) angeschlossen ist, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beizkabine (1), der Beizmitteltank (2) sowie der Spülwassertank (3) nach außen abgedichtet sind und zwischen dem Beizmitteltank (2) und der Beizkabine (1) eine erste Gaspendelleitung (23) und zwischen dem Spülwassertank (3) und der Beizkabine (1) eine zweite Gaspendelleitung (33) vorgesehen sind, wobei das in sich geschlossene System keine Abluftabführung hat.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsenanordnung (11) nacheinander vom Beizmittel (B) und vom Spülwasser (C) beaufschlagbar ausgebildet ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Beizmittel- und Spülwasserzuführleitungen (21, 31) und/oder in den Gaspendelleitungen (23, 33) absperrbare Ventile (211, 212, 311, 312, 231, 331 ) vorgesehen sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Boden der Beizkabine (1) ein Sammelmittel (12) zum Sammeln der versprühten Flüssigkeiten (B, C) ausgebildet ist, von dem Rückförderleitungen (14, 15) zum Beizmitteltank (2) bzw. zum Spülwassertank (3) führen.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Rückförderleitungen (14, 15) absperrbare Ventile (141, 142, 151, 152) vorgesehen sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 7, 8, 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Zuführleitungen (21, 31) und/oder in den Rückförderleitungen (14, 15) Pumpen (22, 32) vorgesehen sind.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass oberhalb der Düsenanordnung (11) in der Beizkabine (1) eine Nebeldüsenanordnung (16) vorgesehen ist, die mit Frischwasser (D) beaufschlagbar ist.
