Class 82(2) A spraying plant comprises a spray zone with a set of sprays fed by a pump connected via valves to liquid supply tanks, drainage valves controlling the return of liquid from the spray zone to each tank or to drain, corresponding feed and drainage valves being coupled so that the valves leading from and to each tank or from a tank and to the drain must either both be open or both be closed. As shown, sprays 3 are supplied from tanks 8 to 11 via valves 12 to 15 leading to pump 16, master valve 18, and riser 20, the valve operating mechanism being interconnected so that pairs of delivery and return valves can only be operated when master valve 18 is closed. Used liquid is returned to the tanks by valves 24-26, valve 27 leading to drain, corresponding pairs of valves being operated by pneumatic control valves 31-34.
