Claims (6)
- Dispositif d'alignement de feuilles pour une machine de traitement de feuilles, en particulier une machine de pliage qui est installée en aval d'une entrée de feuilles, avec- un dispositif de support de feuilles (12) sur lequel arrive une feuille entrante (24) pour se poser et- au moins un dispositif serre-flan (18 ; 44, 46, 48) disposé au-dessus du dispositif de support de feuilles (12), qui comprend plusieurs dispositifs soufflants (19, 21) disposés en étant orientés vers le dispositif de support de feuilles (12) qui dirigent un jet d'air (20, 22) sur la feuille,caractérisé en ce qu'un rail d'orientation (32) s'étendant dans le sens de passage de la feuille (BL) est prévu, qui est déplaçable dans une zone de déplacement (VB) transversalement au sens de passage de la feuille (BL) au-dessus du dispositif de support de feuilles pour orienter une feuille, et en ce que le dispositif serre-flan (44, 46, 48) est disposé plus haut dans la zone de déplacement (VB) que le rail d'orientation (32).
- Dispositif d'alignement de feuilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs soufflants (19, 21) sont disposés de manière telle que le jet d'air (20, 22) est incliné dans le sens de passage de la feuille.
- Dispositif d'alignement de feuilles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que en dehors de la zone de déplacement (VB) des profils de serre-flan (50, 52, 54, 56) s'étendant dans le sens de passage de la feuille (BL) sont disposés fixement à ras au-dessus du plan de support de feuilles.
- Dispositif d'alignement de feuilles selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de support de feuilles comprend une plaque d'appui de feuilles (56) qui présente plusieurs dispositifs soufflants (58) disposés en étant orientés vers la face inférieure d'une feuille, qui sont conçus de manière telle qu'ils dirigent un jet soufflant incliné dans le sens de passage de la feuille (BL) sur le côté inférieur de la feuille. - Dispositif d'alignement de feuilles selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs soufflants sont formés d'ouvertures de passage conçues dans la plaque de support de feuilles (56), qui se trouvent en relation fluide avec un dispositif de pression pneumatique.
- Dispositif d'alignement de feuilles selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de passage (58) sont agencées en plusieurs rangées disposées avec un écartement, qui s'étendent dans le sens de passage de la feuille (BL).
