Claims (6)
- Machine à coller des boîtes pliantes pour la production de boîtes pliantes (7) à partir de découpes, comprenant un poste de pliage (3), dans lequel des parties de découpe (7.1, 7.2) munies d'une bande de colle sont pliées et d'un poste suivant de transfert (5) qui comporte en tant que dispositif de transport au moins deux paires de courroies de transport se composant d'une courroie supérieure et d'une courroie inférieure (8, 9; 10, 11) et présente un dispositif disposé à l'extérieur à côté d'une paire de courroie de transport (8, 9) pour l'extraction latérale de boîtes défectueuses (7), dans le poste de transfert (5) au moins sur une face longitudinale, la courroie de transport supérieur (9) prenant appui dans une zone de son trajet de transport par des galets de support (23), à l'intérieur à côté des galets de support (13) étant fixée une tôle de guidage (22) qui s'étend coudée vers le haut du bord interne de la courroie supérieure de transport (9) en direction de l'autre paire de courroies de transport (10, 11),
caractérisée en ce que
les galets de support (13) sont fixés avec leurs axes directs sur une plaque de logement (14) qui est logée en direction de son bord inférieur un peu vers l'intérieur en s'étendant de manière basculée perpendiculairement et de manière mobile limitée vers le haut et en ce que les galets de soutien sont disposés en deux groupes de galets de soutien disposés à distance l'un de l'autre, chaque groupe étant disposé respectivement en forme de triangle. - Machine à coller des boîtes pliantes selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'angle de bascule de la plaque de logement (14) est réglable.
- Machine à coller des boîtes pliantes selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les galets de support (13) ont une forme bombée.
- Machine à coller des boîtes pliantes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la tôle de guidage (22) est fixée verticalement réglable sur la suspension de la plaque de logement (14).
- Machine à coller des boîtes pliantes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par une barre de soutien (25) qui est disposée à l'intérieur à côté de la courroie inférieure de transport (8) et parallèlement à cette dernière, de sorte que son bord supérieur se trouve à hauteur de la courroie inférieure de transport (8).
- Machine à coller des boîtes pliantes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le poste de transfert (5) contient sur son autre face longitudinale pour la courroie supérieure de transport existante (11) également les caractéristiques de l'une des revendications 1 à 7.
