Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif de collecte et de pressage (7) d'une machine de pliage et de collage de boites pliantes également dite plieuse-colleuse, comprenant deux bandes de transport (8, 9) en révolution et de largeur correspondant à celle de la machine, qui sont reliées à un entraînement et dont les brins de transport sont agencés de manière superposée en s'étendant horizontalement et parallèlement l'un à l'autre, dispositif
    dans lequel le brin de transport supérieur de la bande de transport inférieure (8) est monté de manière à pouvoir être déplacé verticalement par rapport au brin de transport inférieur de la bande de transport supérieure (9), en vue d'assurer le pressage des flans découpés pliés,
    et dans lequel, aussi bien la bande de transport inférieure (8), que la bande de transport supérieure (9) présentent un entraînement (12, 13) qui leur est propre, et la bande de transport inférieure (8) débute avant la bande de transport supérieure (9), au niveau du côté d'entrée,
    caractérisé en ce qu'aussi bien l'entraînement de la bande de transport inférieure (8) que l'entraînement de la bande de transport supérieure (9) est constitué d'un servomoteur à résolveur directement raccordé au rouleau d'entraînement respectif (10, 11), en ce qu'au-dessus de la zone dégagée de la bande de transport inférieure (8) sont agencés au moins deux transporteurs à courroie (19) courts, qui forment chacun avec la bande de transport inférieure (8), un interstice d'entrée se rétrécissant, pour les flans découpés, et en ce que chaque transporteur à courroie (19) possède son propre entraînement de pivotement (29, 30, 31), de manière à pouvoir faire pivoter la partie d'entrée de chaque transporteur à courroie (19) vers le haut et vers le bas pour modifier l'interstice d'entrée.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé
    en ce que l'entraînement de pivotement comprend un motoréducteur (29), un accouplement à glissement (30) et une vis sans fin (31), la vis sans fin entraînant un arbre de pivotement, qui est relié à une plaque de montage auxiliaire (27) portant les rouleaux de renvoi d'une autre bande de transport sur le côté d'entrée.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2,
    caractérisé
    en ce qu'il est prévu l'agencement de trois transporteurs à courroie (19) courts.
