Abstract

Les machines à coller les boîtes pliantes, utilisées pour la production de boîtes pliantes à partir de découpes, comportent, de façon connue, une station de pliage (3) servant au pliage de parties découpées, une station de transfert (5) raccordée à cette première station, et un dispositif de collecte et de pressage (6) dans lequel les boîtes pliantes pliées à plat sont pressées de sorte que l'adhésif prenne. La station de transfert (5) contient, comme dispositif de transport, au moins une paire de courroies de transport, qui est constituée d'au moins une courroie inférieure (7) et d'une courroie supérieure (8). Afin que les découpes pliées puissent être transférées au dispositif de collecte et de pressage (6) avec leurs languettes latérales parfaitement orientées, la machine selon l'invention comporte des moyens qui entraînent, dans la station de transfert, la courroie de transport supérieure (8) plus rapidement que la courroie de transport inférieure (7).

Claims (5)

  1. Encolleuse pour boîtes pliantes servant à la production de boîtes pliantes à partir de découpes, comprenant :
    - un poste de pliage (3) dans lequel sont pliées les pièces découpées comprenant une bande de collage,
    - un poste de transfert (5) faisant suite au poste de pliage, et
    - un dispositif collecteur et de pressage (6) dans lequel les boîtes pliantes, pliées en étant posées à plat, sont pressées pour faire prendre la colle,
    où le poste de transfert (5), servant de dispositif de transport, présente au moins une paire de courroies transporteuses qui se compose d'une courroie inférieure (7) et d'une courroie supérieure (8),
    caractérisée par des moyens pour entraîner les courroies transporteuses supérieures (8), dans le poste de transfert (5), à une vitesse supérieure à celle des courroies transporteuses inférieures (7).
  2. Encolleuse pour boîtes pliantes selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les courroies transporteuses inférieures (7) sont reliées aux courroies transporteuses supérieures (8) par une transmission (14) à rapport de vitesse variable.
  3. Encolleuse pour boîtes pliantes selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la transmission (14) est une transmission par un moyen d'entraînement, en particulier une transmission par courroie.
  4. Encolleuse pour boîtes pliantes selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que les courroies transporteuses inférieures (7) sont entraînées par l'entraînement (13) de l'encolleuse pour boîtes pliantes, et l'arbre d'entraînement (12) des courroies transporteuses supérieures (8) est entraîné, via la transmission (14), par l'arbre d'entraînement (11) des courroies transporteuses inférieures (7).
  5. Encolleuse pour boîtes pliantes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que, via une transmission variable (14), le rapport entre les vitesses de transport des courroies supérieures (8), et la vitesse des courroies inférieures (7), peut être modifié en continu, passant de 1:1 à 1,1:1.
