Claims (29)
- Schneidgerät (1, 31, 47, 51, 71) für das Beschneiden von Blattgut (18, 44) wie Papier oder Folien mit einer flächigen Unterlage (3, 33, 53, 73) für die Auflage des Blattguts (18, 44), die an einer Seite mit einer Hebelschneideinrichtung (4, 54, 75) versehen ist, die einen schwenkbar gelagerten Messerarm (6, 56, 77) mit daran gehaltener Schneide (80) und ein ortsfest an der Unterlage (3, 33, 53, 73) gehaltenes Gegenmesser (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich eine Rollenschneideinrichtung (5, 35, 55, 76) vorgesehen ist, die einen auf einer Führungsschiene (11, 35, 60, 85) verfahrbaren Messerwagen (14, 36, 61, 86) und ein daran drehbar gelagertes Scheibenmesser (15, 39) aufweist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenschneideinrichtung (5, 35, 55) an einer anderen Seite der Unterlage (3, 33, 53) angeordnet ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebelschneideinrichtung (4, 54) und die Rollenschneideinrichtung (5, 35, 55) so angeordnet sind, daß sie parallel verlaufende Schneidrichtungen haben.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Hebelschneideinrichtung (4, 54) und Rollenschneideinrichtung (5, 35, 55) eine parallel zu den Schneidrichtungen verlaufende Anschlagschiene (20, 65) vorgesehen ist, die quer zu den Schneidrichtungen verschieblich geführt ist.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scheibenmesser (15, 39) eine zur Unterlage (3, 33, 53) parallele Drehachse hat.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scheibenmesser (15, 39) mit seiner Schneide an einer Gegenmesserschiene (17, 40, 63, 91) anliegt oder andrückbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (35, 85) aus einer unteren Schneidstellung in eine obere Stellung anhebbar und von dieser in die Schneidstellung absenkbar ist und daß der Spalt zwischen Unterlage (33, 73) und Führungsschiene (35, 85) von den Stirnseiten der Führungsschiene (35, 85) unzugänglich ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene im Bereich Ihrer Stirnseiten vertikal verschieblich geführt ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene um 5 bis 20 mm anhebbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (35, 85) im Bereich einer Stirnseite um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (35, 85) maximal um einen Winkel von 10° verschwenkbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stirnseite(n) der Führungsschiene (35) mit der Unterlage (33) überlappt bzw. überlappen.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils die überlappende Stirnseite der Führungsschiene (35) eine mit der Unterlage (33) überlappende, nach unten vorstehende Schutznase (42) aufweist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutznase (42) in einem Schlitz (43) in der Unterlage (33) seitlich geführt ist.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (35, 85) ohne deren Betätigung die Schneidstellung einnimmt.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (35, 85) ohne deren Betätigung mittels einer Feder in der oberen Stellung gehalten ist.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (35, 85) an ihrem bzw. ihren höhenbeweglichen Ende(n) mittels einer Blockiereinrichtung (48) bzw. mittels Blockiereinrichtungen in der Schneidstellung festlegbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da die bzw. jede Blockiereinrichtung (48) als Schnappeinrichtung ausgebildet ist, in die die Führungschiene (35, 85) bei der Bewegung in die Schneidstellung selbsttätig und entriegelbar einschnappt.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnappeinrichtung einen Betätigungsschieber (50) aufweist, über den die Schnappeinrichtung entriegelbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterlage (53) eine elastischen Schneidunterlage (63) aufweist und die Führungsschiene (60) mit dem Messerwagen (61) dem Schneidgerät (51) lose zugeordnet ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidunterlage (63) aus einem elastomeren Werkstoff besteht.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (60) von einer Auflageplatte (62) hochsteht, die auf die Schneidunterlage (63) auflegbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageplatte (62) aus einem transparenten Kunststoff besteht.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageplatte (62) mit Linien versehen ist, die sich parallel zur Führungsschiene (60) erstrecken.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebelschneideinrichtung (75) gegen die Rollenschneideinrichtung (76) und umgekehrt austauschbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Unterlage (73) einerseits sowie Hebelschneideinrichtung (75) und die Rollenschneideinrichtung (76) andererseits komplementäre Haltelemente (94, 95, 98, 99, 103) aufweisen, über die entweder die Hebelschneideinrichtung (75) oder die Rollenschneideinrichtung (76) an einer Seite der Unterlage (73) anbringbar ist.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (98, 99) Rasteinrichtungen (100, 101) aufweisen.
- Schneidgerät nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichmet, daß die Rasteinrichtungen (100, 101) derart ausgebildet sind, daß sie beim Anbringen der Hebelschneideinrichtung (75) oder der Rollenschneideinrichtung (76) selbsteinrastend sind, jedoch bei der Abnahme eine Freigabebetätigung der Rasteinrichtungen (98, 99) erfordern.
- Schneidgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterlage (73) eine quer zur Längsachse der Hebel- bzw. Rollenschneideinrichtung (75, 76) ausziehbare und in die Unterlage (73) wieder einfahrbare Zusatzunterlage (74) aufweist.
