Claims (14)
- Luftfederschlagwerk, miteinem Schlagwerksgehäuse (1),einem in dem Schlagwerksgehäuse (1) hin- und herbewegbaren Antriebs kolben (2; 20),einem Schlagkolben (3), und miteiner in einem Hohlraum (4) zwischen dem Antriebskolben (2) und dem Schlagkolben (3) ausgebildeten Luftfeder (5; 21), über die die Bewegung des Antriebskolbens (2; 20) auf den Schlagkolben (3) übertragbar ist,
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebskolben (2; 20) den Läufer (9) trägt oder im Wesentlichen vollständig durch den Läufer (9) gebildet wird.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Läufer (9) geblecht ist.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Linearantrieb ein geschalteter Reluktanzmotor ist.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Schlagwerksgehäuse (1) im Bewegungsbereich des Läufers (9) eine oder mehrere Antriebsspulen (7) des Linearantriebs angeordnet sind.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben den Antriebsspulen (7) eine Haltespule (10) zum Halten des Läufers (9) in einer Referenzposition vorgesehen ist.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsspulen (7) und/oder die Haltespule (10) durch eine Steuerung wenigstens hinsichtlich der Dauer und der Stärke ihrer elektrischen Erregung sowie zur Einstellung eines Leerlaufbetriebs ansteuerbar sind.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Sensoreinrichtung zum Bestimmen einer Position des Läufers (9), des Antriebskolbens (2; 20) und/oder des Schlagkolbens (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Steuerung aufgrund eines Stromverhaltens der Antriebsspulen (7) und/oder der Haltespule (10) eine Position des Läufers (9) bestimmbar ist.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlagkolben (3) und der Antriebskolben (2) im Wesentlichen den gleichen Durchmesser aufweisen und in einem zu dem Schlagwerksgehäuse (1) gehörenden Schlagwerksrohr bewegbar sind.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebskolben (20) eine hohle Ausnehmung aufweist, in der der Schlagkolben (3) bewegbar ist.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebskolben (20) den Schlagkolben (3), in Schlagrichtung gesehen, vor und hinter dem Schlagkolben (3) derart umschließt, dass die Luftfeder (21) hinter dem Schlagkolben (3) angeordnet ist, und dass vor dem Schlagkolben (3) eine zweite Luftfeder (22) zwischen Antriebskolben (20) und Schlagkolben (3) ausbildbar ist.
- Luftfederschlagwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlagkolben an einer Stirnseite eine hohle Ausnehmung aufweist, in der der Antriebskolben bewegbar ist, wobei der mit dem Antriebskolben verbundene Läufer außerhalb des Schlagkolbens, im Schlagwerksgehäuse bewegbar ist.
- Bohr- und/oder Schlaghammer mit einem Luftfederschlagwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Außengehäuse des Bohr- und/oder Schlaghammers im Wesentlichen zylindrisch ist.
