Claims (25)
- Sprühkappe für einen Sprühbehälter mit einem Ventil, die folgendes aufweist:einen Aufsatz (20) für den Sprühbehälter (10) mit einem mit dem Ventil (36) verbindbaren Ansatzstutzen (32), der in einer Sprühdüse (36, 38) mündet, gekennzeichnet durchein schwenkbar an dem Aufsatz gelagertes Betätigungselement (48), das in seiner geschlossenen Position die Sprühdüse (36) mindestens teilweise verdeckt und in seiner geöffneten Position von der Sprühkappe absteht, undeinen Druckbereich (28) in dem Aufsatz nahe dem Ansatzstutzen (32),wobei eine ganz oder teilweise in Betätigungsrichtung des Ventils weisende Kraft (A, B) auf den Druckbereich (28) oder auf das Betätigungselement (48) in seiner geöffneten Position das Ventil (36) öffnet.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatzstutzen (32) in einem ersten Abschnitt in Betätigungsrichtung des Ventils (36) verläuft.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Mündungsabschnitt für den Ansatzstutzen (32) eine Aufnahme für einen Sprüheinsatz (38) vorgesehen ist.
- Sprühkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zylindrischer Aufsatzabschnitt (20) mit nach innen stehenden Vorsprüngen (22) vorgesehen ist, die im aufgesetzten Zustand der Sprühkappe einen Flansch (16) an dem Sprühbehälter (10) hintergreifen.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatzabschnitt (20) in Betätigungsrichtung des Ventils (36) verlaufende Verstärkungsrippen (24) besitzt.
- Sprühkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (48) seitlich zwei abstehende Zapfen (70) besitzt.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatz (26, 42) zwei Aufnahmelager (44) für die Zapfen (70) besitzt.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer von der Sprühdüse (36) abgewandten Seite ein sich ungefähr bis zu dem Ansatzstutzen (32) erstreckender Abschnitt (26) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem Aufsatzabschnitt (20) verbunden ist und der im Bereich des Ansatzstutzens (32) den Druckbereich (28) aufweist.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein mit der Sprühdüse verbundenes Wandelement (42) vorgesehen ist, das an seinem freien Ende die Aufnahmelager (44) für das Betätigungselement (48) trägt.
- Sprühkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abschnitt (26, 42) federnd mit dem zylindrischen Aufsatzabschnitt (20) verbunden ist, wobei in seiner gedrückten Position der Abschnitt (26, 42) den Ansatzstutzen (32) auf das Ventil (36) drückt.
- Sprühkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatz einen Vorsprung (66) aufweist, der mit mindestens einem Vorsprung (68) an dem Betätigungselement (48) zusammenwirkt, um das Betätigungselement (48) in seiner geöffneten und/oder geschlossenen Position zu verrasten.
- Sprühkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatz ein gewölbtes Mantelelement (46) aufweist, das zwei Mantelabschnitte (46) seitlich der Sprühdüse besitzt, zwischen denen der Druckbereich (28), die Sprühdüse (36) und das Betätigungselement (48) angeordnet sind.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufsatz (26) im Bereich zwischen den Mantelabschnitten (46) domförmig vorsteht.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (48) in seiner geschlossenen Position, den Bereich zwischen den zwei Mantelabschnitten im wesentlichen vor der Sprühdüse bedeckt.
- Sprühkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (80) und der Aufsatz einen Rastmechanismus (90, 88) aufweisen, der das Betätigungselement (80) in seiner geschlossenen Position verrastet.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühdüse (86) in ihrem Mündungsbereich eine Rastnase (88) besitzt und das Betätigungselement (80) eine zu der Sprühdüse korrespondierende Ausnehmung (84) besitzt, in deren Seitenwand eine Vertiefung (90) für die Rastnase (88) vorgesehen ist.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnase (88) umlaufend um die Mündung der Sprühdüse (86) ausgebildet ist.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (84) in dem Betätigungselement (80) eine Tiefe besitzt, derart, daß die Mündung der Sprühdüse in verrastetem Zustand am Grund (92) der Ausnehmung (84) anliegt.
- Sprühkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zusätzlich ein Originalitätsverschluss (96) für das Betätigungselement (100) vorgesehen ist.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Originalitätsverschluss (96) ein mit dem Betätigungselement (100) verbundenes Sperrteil (98) besitzt, das in seinem verbundenen Zustand ein Aufklappen des Betätigungselements sperrt.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrteil (98) in seinem verbundenen Zustand den Druckbereich (114) in dem Aufsatz verdeckt.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrteil (98) einen im wesentlichen flachen Grundkörper aufweist, der an seinen Seiten ungefähr rechtwinkelig abstehenden Abschnitte (106) besitzt, die an ihren Enden mit Rastvorsprüngen (110) versehen sind.
- Sprühkappe nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastvorsprünge (110) des Sperrteils (98) im verschlossenen Zustand einen Vorsprung (112) in dem Aufsatz (108) hintergreifen.
- Sprühkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement über abbrechbare Stege (104) mit dem Betätigungselement (100) verbunden ist.
- Sprühkappe nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (100) einen abgewinkelten Abschnitt (116) aufweist, der mit den Stegen (104) des Sperrteils (98) verbunden ist.
