Description

The present invention relates to a spray cap for a spray container with a valve comprising: an attachment for the spray container with a connectable with the valve neck, in a Spray nozzle opens (see, for example, the document FR-A-2695379).

One-piece or multi-piece spray caps for spray containers of any kind are sufficient known. The known spray caps have an actuating element on Pressure with the finger by a user triggers the discharge of the container contents. For example, for spray bottles or doses for household use the Can held in the hand and pressed with the index finger by pressing an operating button the spray cap is pressed. The liquid is then in a 90 ° Angle to the actuation direction discharged. There are uses conceivable for spray cans or containers in which such a position of the spray container makes handling difficult.

The invention has the object of providing a spray cap for spray container create a flexible use of the spray container with a simple operation allowed and at the same time has a simple and robust design.

The object is achieved by a spray cap with the features Claim 1 solved. Advantageous embodiments form the subject of the Dependent claims.

The spray cap indicates a valved one Spray container on an essay, the one with a valve opening of the spray container has connectable neck. About the neck, which in the Spray nozzle of the spray cap opens, the container contents, after its exit from the valve opening, directed to the spray nozzle, where he atomized and, for example is sprayed. According to the invention the attachment with a pivotally mounted actuator provided that in a closed position the spray nozzle at least partially obscured and protrudes in an open position of the spray cap. Around prepare the spray cap for spraying, the actuator is out of his closed position, in which the spray nozzle is partially or completely covered, removed and brought into its open position. In the open position stands the actuator from the spray cap. Furthermore, the spray cap has a Pressure area in the tower near the neck. The print area is about provided there, where even with conventional spray caps the operating area located. The printing area is not necessarily a special design advance, rather, the printing area in the essay without be provided special mark. A wholly or partially in the direction of actuation the valve pointing force on the pressure range or on the actuator in the open position, the valve opens, causing the outlet of the Container contents. In the closed position of the actuating element is the Spray nozzle at least partially hidden, so that an operation is not possible. In the open position, two actuation variants are available, in one For example, by pressure with the forefinger on the pressure area the Valve to be opened. In addition, an actuation of the valve can be brought about be pressed by the projecting from the spray cap actuator becomes. This gives the user a greater variety and more flexible applications for a spray container with the spray cap according to the invention for Available.

In a preferred embodiment, the attachment piece extends in a first Section in the direction of actuation of the valve. Thus, a valve actuation, by over the pressure area in the essay and / or the actuating element a Force is exerted on the valve via the connecting piece.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the mouth section has for the neck nozzle a receptacle for a spray application. The spray can ever selected according to purpose and intended use of the spray container be a suitable spray nozzle for the material and its spraying conditions provide.

In a preferred embodiment, the attachment of the spray cap has a cylindrical essay section with protruding projections, the whole or partially on the inside circumferentially in the mounted state a flange behind the spray container. The attachment is made in this way with the spray container connected, the valve plate usually with the container body in Form of a protruding flange is connected. Basically, but also each Another form of connection of the spray cap with the spray container conceivable. There Spray cap and spray container with valve only after filling the spray container assembled and not in their subsequent use of each other For the spray cap, a cap with a simple snap-on or latching connection for the spray container preferred.

To reinforce the spray cap has this in its cylindrical attachment section extending in the direction of actuation reinforcing ribs. The reinforcing ribs can be evenly distributed in the cylindrical attachment section of Spray cap may be provided as projections, which the spray cap at a low Strengthen wall thickness.

To its pivotal mounting, the actuator has two laterally protruding pins. The pins are for example with a round cross-section Mistake. For pivotal mounting of the actuator has the essay two reception centers for the cones. The reception centers can additionally with a Be provided securing means to the pins and thus the actuating element against unintentional removal from the reception camp too to back up.

Wie bei bekannten Sprühkappen ist der Aufsatz hierzu nur einseitig an dem Ansatzstutzen angelenkt oder hinreichend elastisch ausgebildetTo the spray cap according to the invention two independent actuation variants To create, has the essay on its side facing away from the spray nozzle side an approximately to the attachment piece extending portion which coincides with the cylindrical section is connected and in the area of the neck piece the Pressure range has. At a pressure on the pressure range, the section becomes moved with the neck nozzle relative to the spray container, so that the applied Force is transmitted via the connecting piece to the valve. As in known spray caps is the essay for this purpose only on one side of the attachment piece hinged or sufficiently elastic

The only one-sided connected to the attachment piece section has in his beyond the spray nozzle section, a wall element, which at its having free end of the receiving bearing for the actuator. At this preferred embodiment is thus the on the reception camp on the essay acting force as well as a force on the pressure area in a position change Implemented the approach stub, the over the neck nozzle to a discharge of the contents of the container.
