Als Behälter sind insbesondere sogenannte Aerosolbehälter vorgesehen, bei denen durch Öffnen des Ventils das auszutragende Medium unter Druck durch das Ventil austritt. Als Medium können bei dem Abgabekopf insbesondere Gele, pastöse und schäumende Medien und andere eingesetzt werden. Der erfindungsgemäße Abgabekopf ist für einen Behälter mit einem Ventil zur Abgabe eines Mediums, bevorzugt eines viskosen, selbstschäumenden und/oder gelartigen Mediums vorgesehen. Der Abgabekopf besitzt einen Aufsetzkörper, der einen ringförmigen Abschnitt zur Befestigung mit dem Behälter und ein damit verbundenes Betätigungselement aufweist. Das Betätigungselement besitzt zentral in dem ringförmigen Abschnitt einen Stutzen, der im aufgesetzten Zustand des Aufsetzkörpers mit dem Ventil des Behälters zusammenwirkt. Der erfindungsgemäße Abgabekopf besitzt ferner ein Kanalelement, das einen Austrittskanal mit einem darin verschieblich angeordneten Kolbenelement besitzt. Der Austrittskanal ist über einen Zuführkanal mit dem Stutzen des Betätigungselements verbunden, so daß das austretende Medium aus dem Behälter, über das Ventil in den Stutzen des Aufsetzkörpers und anschließend über den Zuführkanal in den Austrittskanal des Kanalelements gelangt. Erfindungsgemäß besitzt das Betätigungselement ein elastisches Federelement, das an einem hinteren Ende des Kolbenelementes anliegt und das vordere Ende des Kolbenelements dichtend in die Austrittsöffnung des Austrittskanals drückt. Es erfolgt also bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Aufbau eine Abdichtung der Austrittsöffnung von innen. Das Kanalelement besitzt ferner eine Kammer, die sich um einen Schaftabschnitt des Kolbenelements in einem Abschnitt des Kanalelements erstreckt. Die Kammer steht in direkter Verbindung mit dem Zuführkanal, wobei die Kammer an ihrem zum hinteren Ende des Kolbenelements weisenden Enden durch ein mit dem Schaft verbundenes Dichtelement begrenzt ist. - Dispensing head for a container having a valve for dispensing a fluid, which comprises the following:- a mounting body with an annular portion (12) and an actuating element (16) connected thereto which has a tube connector (20) arranged centrally in the annular portion,- a channel element (34) which has an outlet channel comprising a piston element (36) displaceably arranged therein, the outlet channel being connected to the tube connector (20) of the actuating element via a discharge channel (38),- the actuating element (16) having a resilient spring element (58), which bears against a rear end (56) of the piston element (36) and presses the front end (52) of the piston element (36) sealingly into the outlet aperture (54) of the outlet channel, and- the channel element has a chamber (40) around a shaft portion of the piston element (36), which is in direct connection with the discharge channel (22), the chamber (40) being defined at its rear end by a sealing element (42) connected to the piston element, which sealingly bears against the wall of the outlet channel,characterized in that- the spring element (60) comprises a tongue (60) configured integrally with the actuating element.
- Dispensing head according to Claim 1, characterised in that the diameter of the channel element tapers in the region of the outlet aperture in the shape of a truncated cone (54).
- Dispensing head according to Claim 2, characterised in that the piston element tapers at its front end according to the outlet aperture in the shape of a truncated cone (52).
- Dispensing head according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the sealing element (42) of the piston element (36) is configured as a cup-shaped element, which has a bottom wall (44) located transversely to the piston element and a peripheral side wall (46) which faces in the direction of the front end of the piston element and sealingly bears against the chamber wall.
- Dispensing head according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a cover element (68) is provided which is arranged in an aperture in the actuating element (16) and covers the channel element.
- Dispensing head according to Claim 5, characterised in that the cover element (68) forms an actuating surface which serves for the opening of the valve.
- Dispensing head according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the channel element at its front end and/or in the region of the discharge channel is inserted into a corresponding aperture in the actuating element.
- Dispensing head according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the actuating element has a front apron wall (24), in which the outlet aperture is provided, the apron wall having a latching projection (26) which is arranged before a first use above the mounting ring and, after the first actuation, engages behind a projection (28) on the annular portion.
- Dispensing head according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that, in a resting position, the valve of the container is closed and the piston element sealingly bears from the inside in the outlet aperture.
- Dispensing head according to Claim 9, characterised in that, in a dispensing position, the valve is opened by pressure on the dispensing head and the piston element is retracted from the outlet aperture by the pressure of the fluid in the outlet channel, in order to open said outlet aperture.
- Dispensing head according to Claim 10, characterised in that the outlet aperture and the retracted piston element are dimensioned such that the flow of emerging fluid is throttled at least to an extent that the fluid located in the outlet channel and the chamber forces back the piston element counter to the force of the spring element.
