Abstract

946,006. Dispensing liquids by gaseous pressure. RISDON MANUFACTURING CO. Dec. 6, 1961 [Dec. 22, 1960], No. 43740/61. Heading F1R. A nozzle 30 orally dispensing a product from a pressurised container 10 is pivoted at 34 on the valve actuation 18 so that it may occupy a position aligned with the outlet 26 or with the container so that it may be enclosed by a cap 12. In a modification (Fig. 7) the nozzle 112 is pivoted at 128 on the actuator 118 and in the position shown forms a cap. After removal, the nozzle may be pivoted into alignment with the outlet 122 and the actuator is then re-applied to the valve stem 116 for use.
