Description
Claims (14)
- Elektrohandwerkzeugmaschine mit einer zumindest teilweise drehend angetriebenen Werkzeugaufnahme (2) für ein Werkzeug und einem werkstückseitig an einem Handgriff (4) angeordneten Druckschalter (5) zur Aktivierung der Verbindung einer Stromquelle (6) mit einem Elektromotor (7), welcher mit einer Steuerelektronik (10) verbunden ist, die mit einem Kraftsensor (8) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftsensor (8) zwischen der Werkzeugaufnahme (2) und dem Handgriff (4) angeordnet sowie zur Messung einer Anpresskraft (F) der Elektrohandwerkzeugmaschine gegen ein Werkstück ausgelegt ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckschalter als diskreter Schalter ausgebildet ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerelektronik (10) mit einem Modiwahlschalter (9) steuerbar verbunden ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeugmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein axial begrenzt bewegliches Schlagelement (3) vorhanden ist, welches bezüglich der Werkzeugaufnahme (2) maximal um 1 mm axial versetzbar ist.
- Steuerverfahren einer Elektrohandwerkzeugmaschine (1) mit einem ersten zumindest teilweise eine Werkzeugaufnahme (2) für ein Werkzeug drehenden Betriebsmodus (I), wobei in einem ersten Schritt durch Betätigung eines werkstückseitig an einem Handgriff (4) angeordneten Druckschalters (5) die Steuerung aktiviert wird, welche in einem zweiten Schritt einen Elektromotor (7) abhängig von einer von einem Kraftsensor (8) gemessenen Kraft steuert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kraft mit der Anpresskraft (F) der Elektrohandwerkzeugmaschine (1) gegen das Werkstück korreliert ist.
- Steuerverfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten Schritt die Sensitivität der Steuerung bezüglich der vom Kraftsensor (8) gemessenen Kraft abhängig von einer Aktivierungszeitspanne des zweiten Schritts erfolgt, optional progressiv zunimmt.
- Steuerverfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten Schritt die Steuerung den Elektromotor (7) stets oberhalb einer Mindestdrehzahl steuert, die optional abhängig vom Betriebsmodus (I, II) ist.
- Steuerverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im zweiten Schritt bei einer von dem Kraftsensor gemessenen negativen Kraft die Steuerung den Elektromotor abhängig vom Betrag der negativen Kraft steuert.
- Steuerverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem dritten Schritt bei Entlastung des Druckschalters (5) die Steuerung deaktiviert wird.
- Steuerverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem vom Modiwahlschalter (9) ausgewählten zweiten Betriebsmodus (III) im zweiten Schritt der Elektromotor (7) unabhängig von der von dem Kraftsensor (8) gemessenen Kraft gesteuert wird.
- Steuerverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem nicht drehenden zweiten Betriebsmodus (IV, V) im ersten Schritt die Aktivierung der Steuerung durch eine, in einer Triggerzeitspanne von weniger als 0.5 s, triggernde Betätigung / Entlastung des Druckschalters (5) erfolgt.
- Steuerverfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dur ch eine zum ersten Schritt alternierend wiederholte triggernde Betätigung des Druckschalters (5) über einen Zeitraum von maximal 0.5 s die Steuerung deaktiviert wird.
- Steuerverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aktivierung der Steuerung bei einem nicht drehenden zweiten Betriebsmodus (VI) im ersten Schritt, bei einer von dem Kraftsensor (8) gemessenen Kraftspitze grösser einer Aktivierungskraft erfolgt, optional innerhalb einer Triggerzeitspanne von weniger als 0.5 s.
- Steuerverfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im dritten Schritt die Steuerung deaktiviert wird, falls über eine Leerlaufzeitspanne die gemessene Kraft stets geringer als eine Mindestkraft ist.
