- ein Einzelteil, nämlich eine weitere Ausführungsform einer Spule, der Vorrichtung gemäß Figur 1.
In der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie werden streifenförmige Materialbahnen 14, 18, wie z.B. Zigarrettenpapier, kontinuierlich verarbeitet. Hierzu wird das Zigarrettenpapier von einer sogenannten Bobine abgewickelt. Sobald eine alte Bobine 12 nahezu abgewickelt, also fast leer ist, muß die ablaufende Materialbahn 14 der alten Bobine 12 mit einer zulaufenden Materialbahn 18 einer neuen, noch vollen Bobine 16 verbunden werden.
Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Wechseln von Bobinen, im wesentlichen umfassend eine Aufnahme (11) für eine erste Bobine (12), eine Aufnahme (15) für eine zweite Bobine (16), eine Einrichtung (21) zum Verbinden einer von der ersten Bobine (12) ablaufenden Materialbahn (14) mit einer von der zweiten Bobine (16) zulaufenden Materialbahn (18) sowie Mittel zur Aufnahme und zum Entsorgen nicht zur Verarbeitung geeigneter Materialstreifen beider Materialbahnen (14, 18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel mindestens eine Wickelvorrichtung (34, 37) zur Aufnahme und zum Entsorgen eines nicht zur Verarbeitung geeigneten Materialstreifens (52, 53) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Wickelvorrichtungen (34, 37) zur Aufnahme und zum Entsorgen von nicht zur Verarbeitung geeigneter Materialstreifen (52, 53) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wickelvorrichtung (37) zur Aufnahme und zum Entsorgen eines Vorspanns der neuen, vollen Bobine (16) in Transportrichtung (33) der Materialbahnen (14, 18) hinter der Einrichtung (21) zum Verbinden angeordnet ist und die andere Wickelvorrichtung (34) zur Aufnahme und zum Entsorgen eines Restmaterials von der alten, nahezu vollständig abgelaufenen Bobine (12) in Transportrichtung (33) der Materialbahnen (14, 18) vor der Einrichtung (21) zum Verbinden angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Wickelvorrichtung (34, 37) zusätzlich als Trennmittel ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich jede Wickelvorrichtung (34 bzw. 37) im Bereich der jeweiligen Materialbahn (14 bzw. 18) bzw. der Materialstreifen (52, 53) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Einrichtung (21) und der Bobine (12) ein Mittel zum Fixieren der Materialbahn (14) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Wickelvorrichtung (34, 37) eine rotierend antreibbare Spule (35, 38) oder dergleichen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulen (35, 38) zur Aufnahme einer Materialbahn (14, 18) bzw. eines Materialstreifens (52, 53) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulen (35, 38) einen Schlitz (41) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulen (35.38) Abstreiferscheiben (44) aufweisen, die in axialer Richtung der Spulen (35, 38) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spulen (35, 38) selbst in axialer Richtung bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der zur Verarbeitung gelangenden Materialbahn hinter der Einrichtung (21) ein Speichermittel angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Wechseln von Bobinen, umfassend die Schritte:Zuführen einer ablaufenden Materialbahn (14) von einer alten, nahezu vollständig abgelaufenen Bobine (12) und einer zulaufenden Materialbahn (18) von einer neuen, vollen Bobine (16) zu einer Einrichtung (21) zum Verbinden der Materialbahnen (14, 18),Verbinden beider Materialbahnen (14, 18),Entsorgen nicht zur Verarbeitung geeigneter Materialstreifen (52, 53), nämlich eines Vorspanns der neuen Bobine (16) sowie eines Restmaterials der alten Bobine (12),mindestens ein Materialstreifen (52, 53) aufgewickelt und entsorgt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Materialstreifen (52, 53), nämlich der Vorspann und das Restmaterial, aufgewickelt und automatisiert entsorgt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialstreifen (52, 53) beim Aufwickeln komprimiert und nach dem vollständigen Aufwickeln von den entsprechenden Materialbahnen (14 bzw. 18) abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aufgewickelten Materialstreifen (52, 53) mit einer Linearbewegung von den Spulen (35, 38) abgestreift und in einem Schußbehälter aufgenommen werden.
