Claims (9)
- Pneumatisch betätigbares Umreifungshandgerät mit einem Gehäuse (1), einem pneumatischen Stellantrieb (10), einem pneumatisch betätigbaren Spannteil (9) und Verschließer (8) zum Spannen und Verschließen des Umreifungsbandes, einer vom Gehäuse (1) abragenden Handhabe (5) mit starr am Gehäuse (1) befestigten Bediengriff (6), sowie einem Halter (2) für einen Balancer mittels dessen das Handgerät griffgünstig und beweglich gehalten ist, wobei an dem Gerät ein Anschlussstutzen (11) zum Anschluss einer Druckluftleitung vorgesehen ist und die Handhabe (5) zusammen mit dem pneumatischen Stellantrieb (10) und mit Teilen des Spannteiles (9) und/oder Verschließers, am Gehäuse (1) begrenzt schwenkbeweglich gehaltert ist, wobei die Handhabe (5) als etwa zylindrischer Hohlkörper ausgebildet ist, in dem ein mittels Druckluft betriebener Rotor (18) und ein Getriebe (19) axial hintereinander angeordnet sind, der Rotor (18) dem freien Ende der Handhabe (5) benachbart ist, das freie Ende der Handhabe (5) einen Auslass (21) für Druckluft aufweist und die Handhabe (5) einen Einlass (22) für Druckluft aufweist, der mit dem Anschlussstutzen (11) leitungsoffen verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlass (22) am gehäusenahen Ende der Handhabe (5) vorgesehen und durch einen Wandungsdurchbruch der Wandung der Handhabe (5) gebildet ist, der in einen Ringkanal (23) mündet, der einen gehäusenahen Endbereich des Getriebes (19) umgibt und zum gehäuseseitigen Ende der Handhabe (5) abgedichtet ist, wobei an den Ringkanal (23) im Wesentlichen axial gerichtete Nuten (25) anschließen, die über die gesamte Länge des Getriebes (19) bis zum Lufteinlass (26) des Rotors (18) verlaufen, wobei der Rotor (18) gegenüber der ihn umgebenden Wandung abgedichtet ist.
- Umreifungshandgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuten (25) im Innenmantel des die Handhabe (5) bildenden Hohlkörpers ausgeformt sind.
- Umreifungshandgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuten (25) in einen zwischen Getriebe (19) und Rotor (18) gebildeten Ringkanal (28) münden, von dem Öffnungen (26) zum Rotor (18) abgehen.
- Umreifungshandgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rotorgehäuse gegenüber dem Innenmantel der Handhabe (5) abgedichtet ist, und zwar an seinem dem Ringkanal (28) zugewandten Ende.
- Umreifungshandgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handhabe (5) an ihrem freien Ende durch eine Kappe (20) verschlossen ist, die radial und/oder axial Luftauslassöffnungen (21) aufweist.
- Umreifungshandhabe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Kappe (20) Schalldämmmaterial, zum Beispiel Wirrfaserstrukturen oder -gewirke, vorzugsweise aus Metalldraht, angeordnet ist.
- Umreifungshandhabe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlussstutzen (11) von der Gehäuseseite abragend angeordnet ist, an der eine Halteöse (3) des Halters (2) für den Balancer angeordnet ist, so dass die Mittelachse des Anschlussstutzens (11) etwa parallel zur Kraftangriffsrichtung (4) des Balancers verläuft, dass der Anschlussstutzen (11) gehäuseinnenliegend mit einem Ventilblock (12) des pneumatischen Stellantriebes (10) verbunden ist, dass der pneumatische Stellantrieb (10) über eine rohrartige Drehdurchführung (15) mit dem Ventilblock (12) verbunden ist, die koaxial zur Schwenkachse (7) der Handhabe (5) gerichtet, drehbar in Bestandteile der Handhabe (5) einmündet und über eine Umlenkung (16) an den Ventilblock (12) angeschlossen ist.
- Umreifungshandgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehdurchführung (15) mit Umlenkung (16) durch ein U-förmiges rohrartiges Formteil gebildet ist, dessen erster Schenkel die Drehdurchführung (15) bildet und dessen zweiter Schenkel an den gehäuseartigen Ventilblock (12) angeschlossen ist.
- Umreifungshandgerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den zweiten Schenkel eine von außen betätigbare Drosselschraube (17) eingesetzt ist.
