Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Laden eines vertikal zwischen einer unteren Setzstellung und einer oberen Ladestellung bewegbaren Nietmoduls (10) mit Dornbruchblindnieten (100) oder mit Hohlnieten, bestehend aus Hülse und wiederverwendbarem Dorn, mit einer Nietzuführung (22), wobei neben dem Nietmodul (10) ein Trichter (24) zur Aufnahme der Dornbruchblindniete (100) mit dem Dorn (110) nach oben seitlich zwischen einer Stellung unter der Nietzuführung (22) und einer Stellung unterhalb des in Ladestellung befindlichen Nietmoduls (10) bewegbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Spitze des Trichters (24) eine oder mehrere Druckluftdüsen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Laden eines vertikal zwischen einer unteren Setzstellung und einer oberen Ladestellung bewegbaren Nietmoduls (10) mit Dornbruchblindnieten (100) oder mit Hohlnieten, bestehend aus Hülse und wiederverwendbarem Dorn, mit einer Nietzuführung (22), wobei neben dem Nietmodul (10) ein Trichter (24) zur Aufnahme der Dornbruchblindniete (100) mit dem Dorn (110) nach oben seitlich zwischen einer Stellung unter der Nietzuführung (22) und einer Stellung unterhalb des in Ladestellung befindlichen Nietmoduls (10) bewegbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Nietsetzkopf (12) eine Unterdruck- oder Vakuumleitung endet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der seitlichen Bewegungsrichtung des Trichters (24) neben diesem eine oberhalb des Trichters (24) endende weitere Druckluftdüse (36) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weitere Druckluftdüse (36) auf der dem Nietmodul (10) zugewandten Seite des Trichters (24) angordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trichter (24) einen nach unten kegelförmig zulaufenden Abschnitt (26) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trichter (24) oberhalb des kegelförmigen Abschnitts (26) einen etwas breiteren zylindrischen Abschnitt (28) aufweist und der Übergang zwischen diesen beiden Abschnitten (26, 28) durch eine kreisringförmige waagerechte Fläche gebildet wird, deren Aussendurchmesser etwas grösser ist als der Aussendurchmesser des Niets (100).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nietzuführung (22) als langes, gerades, senkrecht verlaufendes Rohr ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Antriebsvorrichtungen (18, 20) als Pneumatikzylinder ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren zum Laden eines vertikal zwischen einer unteren Setzstellung und einer oberen Ladestellung bewegbaren Nietmoduls (10) mit Dornbruchblindnieten (100) oder mit Hohlnieten, bestehend aus Hülse und wieder verwendbarem Dorn, mit einer Nietzuführung (22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niete (100) mit dem Kopf nach unten in einen neben dem Nietmodul (10) angeordneten Trichter (24) abgelegt werden, der Trichter (24) von der Seite unter das zurückgefahrene Nietmodul (10) bewegt wird, das Nietmodul (10) soweit nach vorne gefahren wird, dass der Dorn des Niets (100) in ein Mundstück des Nietmoduls (10) hineinragt, und dass das Niet (100) dann mittels Druckluft aus dem Trichter (24) oder mittels Saugluft oder Vakuum aus dem Mundstück vollständig in das Mundstück hineingeblasen bzw. Hineingesaugt wird, das Niet (100) durch die sich schließenden Spannbacken oder das Vakuum gehalten wird und der Trichter (24) zur Seite weggefahren wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Niet (100) mittels eines oberhalb des Trichters (24) angeordneten Greifmechanismus vorzugsweise in Form einer scherenartig wirkenden Zangenvorrichtung (38) an seinem Dorn (110) festgehalten und zentriert wird, sobald es in den Trichter (24) gefallen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Abschluss des Nietvorgangs mittels Druckluft von unten entweder aus dem Trichter (24) oder aus einer separaten Druckluftleitung (34) der verbliebene Dorn (110) des inzwischen verarbeiteten Niets aus dem Nietmodul (10) ausgeblasen wird.
