Claims (5)
- Bogenstanz- und -prägemaschine mit einer Vorrichtung zum Ausbrechen (3) von Abfällen aus einem gestanzten und geprägten Bogen (6), wobei die Vorrichtung (3) einer Ausbrechplatte (15) zur Auflage der Bögen (6) aufweist und mit an umlaufenden Ketten (7) befestigten Greiferwagen (8), die die Bögen (6) an ihrer Vorderkante ergreifen und dann intermittierend durch die Ausbrechstation (3) und weitere Stationen (2, 4) in der Maschine (1) hindurchziehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausbrechplatte (15) im Einlaufbereich (21) der Bögen (6) und vor den Ausbrechöffnungen (20) mindestens eine Saugöffnung (22) besitzt, die von unten mit einem Unterdruck beaufschlagbar ist.
- Bogenstanz- und -prägemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine quer zur Bogenlaufrichtung verlaufende Reihe, vorzugsweise zwei Reihen in Bogenlaufrichtung hintereinander, von Saugöffnungen (22) in der Ausbrechplatte (15) angeordnet ist.
- Bogenstanz- und -prägemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß quer zur Bogenlaufrichtung mindestens eine Saugleiste (24), vorzugsweise vier Saugleisten, mit jeweils mehreren Saugöffnungen (22) in der Ausbrechplatte (15) angeordnet ist, die mit einer Druckleitung (25) verbunden ist.
- Bogenstanz- und -prägemaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Bogenlaufrichtung mindestens zwei Reihen von Saugleisten (24) in der Ausbrechplatte (15) angeordnet sind.
- Bogenstanz- und -prägemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Unterseite der Ausbrechplatte (15) im Bereich jeder Saugöffnung (22) oder Saugleiste (24) mindestens jeweils eine umschaltbare Einheit (23) zur Erzeugung eines Unterdrucks, zur Drucklosschaltung und zur Bereitstellung eines Überdrucks befestigt ist, die über eine Leitung (25) mit der Saugöffnung (22) oder Saugleiste (24) verbunden ist.
