Definitions

  • the invention relates to a carrier according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • multipacks are usually made of cardboard, but this has the disadvantage that the packaging can easily tear and then is no longer sustainable. Another disadvantage is that an empties return transport with the packaging is not possible and the packaging means, so to speak, waste. Even when used in a humid environment, the cardboard loses its strength property, which is very problematic in the multipacks.
  • multipacks are also used with film wrapping in the form of a shrink film. However, the disadvantage of such shrink wrap is that these multipacks have a rather ugly and cheap appearance, prohibiting the use of shrink films for high quality goods.
  • Another very serious disadvantage is mainly that the opening of the shrink film is often very difficult and sometimes a tool is required to tear the film can. Moreover, the film material presents a problematic material for recyclability, because this film material is often simply thrown away.
  • a disadvantage of the disclosed device is the insufficient handling of the crossing closure.
  • Another disadvantage is the very low holding power for the bottles, which are not directly intervened by a tab.
  • the bottles standing in the middle can hit each other, causing rattling, tilting and even falling out of the carrier in the worst case. Since the o. A. Carrier in the side area consists only of slender, non-stiffened material bands, this has in itself an unstable basic structure.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a stripped-down but nevertheless stable device that gives all bottles, or the like, alike very good grip and allows convenient handling.
  • the carrier is formed by a rib-like support frame made of plastic, which has a carrier base, from which support webs extend.
  • These support webs expediently top up in a kausdungssteg, which is further expediently designed as a closure element.
  • the so integrally producible support member can then be folded with its support webs up, the connection of the two existing support members consisting of the opposite support shells takes place through the connecting webs, which are expediently designed as latching or snap connection members.
  • the connecting webs can then also be used as a carrying handle.
  • the support webs are integrally and hingedly and preferably connected via film hinges to the carrier base.
  • the support frame is expediently designed so that the bottles can be removed from above and re-inserted.
  • the support frame or the carrier can be used both as a disposable as well as reusable packaging and can be used in particular for the return transport of empty bottles.
  • the carrier is formed of a recyclable plastic with high strength. Polyethylene terephthalate is particularly suitable for this purpose.
  • the support members, the connecting webs and the support base are designed to be extremely thin-walled, namely to thin film thickness, wherein the thicknesses may preferably be in the range of 0.1 to 0.6 mm, in particular 0.2 to 0.4 mm. The strength is therefore comparable to the wall thickness of conventional yogurt cups. This results in a very lightweight construction, which nevertheless provides a stable hold of the multipacks, can be handled easily and can also be used for the return transport of empty bottles.
  • the composite takes place over the floor, for which purpose the support floor is then expediently subdivided into two floor halves, which are equipped with corresponding latching or snap connection elements.
  • the support members are adapted on their inner surface to the bottle shape. Further, it is expedient to provide support quill in the support bottom, but in particular also in the region of the bottle receiving portions, hump-shaped projections into which the closure caps of bottles of a lower stack layer can engage. This allows a stable stacked composite of these carriers as well as a good load transfer over the bottles of the stacked carrier.
  • the carrier is box-shaped or pocket-like and has four side walls and a box bottom.
  • the box bottom is formed foldable and the side walls can be folded laterally over joints, in particular hinge hinges.
  • the carrier has a box bottom and a peripheral support frame arranged above the box bottom, as well as two foldable oppositely disposed side walls.
  • the hinged side walls are preferably guided at its upper portion on the frame bar. If the side walls are folded inwards, then the support frame reaches the bottom of the box, so that the box for the return transport requires only a small transport volume.
  • the box bottom is equipped with a compartment to ensure a stable absorption of the bottles.
  • the box bottom here has a height that is just sufficient for a certain support function of the bottles.
  • the box bottom is formed approximately plate-shaped and preferably designed for a strength that corresponds substantially to the strength of the upper peripheral support frame strip.
  • the carrier shown in Figs. 1 to 4 is equipped as a multipack carrier and indeed in the illustrated embodiment as a so-called six-pack carrier, this carrier also just as well for receiving only four or eight bottles or other number of bottles can be.
  • the carrier comprises a carrier base 1, in this case with an approximately rectangular plan, on whose two longitudinal sides 2 and 3 respectively four web-like or rib-like support members 4a and 4b are integrally formed, namely via a hinge designated 5.
  • support members 4a and 4b provided on each longitudinal side 2 and 3 are hinged or hinged to the carrier base 1 and can therefore be folded or pivoted upwardly to form the carrier as shown in FIGS.
  • the support members are integrally formed only on the two longitudinal sides of the bottom.
  • the support members 4a and 4b are preferably curved inwardly at its upper portion and preferably in the upper third of the bottles received in the carrier, as best seen in Fig. 4.
  • the upper ends of the support members 4a and 4b preferably lead centrally into longitudinally extending connecting members 6a and 6b, which, as best seen in Fig. 3, as sixteenrastbare or sixteenschnappbare Longitudinal members are formed so that the longitudinally extending and the upper ends of the support members interconnecting connecting webs 6a and 6b form closure elements in the manner of latching or snap connections.
  • other quick-release elements may be provided, such as adhesive labels that can be glued to the folded or pivoted connecting webs and serve as a safety lock to show that it is an original packaging.
  • the connecting webs can be designed handle-like.
  • the support frame may be formed as a multipack, in particular 4-, 6- or 8-pack and is preferably equipped to accommodate two rows of bottles.
  • the support members or support webs 4a and 4b are arranged on the four support corners and on the bottle gap.
  • the support members are formed as profiled strips, which are particularly adapted to the inside of the bottle shape.
  • the support members arranged on the bottle gap may have two support surfaces 7a and 7b adapted to the bottle shape.
  • the carrier base, the support members and the connecting webs are formed in particular thin-walled.
  • the carrier base 1 is provided centrally with adapted to the bottle shape, upwardly projecting Stitzpinolen 8, which are aligned with the bottle gap.
  • the wall thickness of the support members of the connecting webs and / or the support base is designed for film thickness and is preferably 0.1 to 0.8 mm, in particular 0.2 to 0.4 mm.
  • the support webs 4a and 4b may be hinged to the support floor, preferably by means of film hinges 5.
  • the support framework is formed by folding the scaffolds around either the upper connecting web or around the longitudinal edges of the support base.
  • the carrier is made in one piece.
  • the support members are on their inner surface, ie on the surface with which they face the bottles, adapted according to the shape of the bottle, here formed arched.
  • the inner support members which are arranged on bottle gap, with two curved inner or support surfaces 7a, 7b formed in FIG. 2, where against the corner-side support members have only a curved inner surface.
  • the carrier base 1 has sleeves 8 which are arranged at a spacing from one another on the longitudinal side in the region of the central axis of the carrier base 1. Visible, these upwardly projecting sleeves 8 are formed with correspondingly curved inner surfaces in adaptation to the outer shape of the male bottles, which are designated with 9. In turn, the internally arranged sleeves have four arched support surfaces, whereas the sleeves arranged on the two end faces each have two arcuate or arcuately curved support surfaces 9.
  • Fig. 1 identifies, even projections 10 are formed on the carrier bottom in the region of the bottle receiving portions. These serve to allow the closure caps of a carrier of a lower stacking layer to dip into these projections from below, which on the one hand enables good centering and stabilization of the stack, but on the other hand also enables very good load transfer or load transfer from the bottom into the bottles.
  • the carrier is in this case designed as shown in FIG. 4 that the bottles can be taken from above and also inserted again from above, so that the carrier is also suitable for the return transport of the empty bottles.
  • the support frame is designed as a skeleton and very finely structured or articulated.
  • the support members and the connecting webs as well as support bottom are extremely thin-walled comparable to yogurt cups, wherein the thicknesses can be in the range of 0.1 to 0.2 mm. This results in an extremely lightweight and flexible shoring construction.
  • the scaffold on the bottom of the bottom 1 upstanding walls 40 on the two longitudinal sides, which are bulged according to the male bottles bulging and outward. These walls 40 sit upwards through the support webs 7 continue, which open into an upper link 6, which is arranged centrally and at the same time forms the carrying handle 41.
  • the connecting member 6 also expediently extends over the entire longitudinal side of the carrier.
  • the bottom 1 is formed from two bottom halves 1 a and 1 b, which overlap each other in the illustrated embodiment and are connected to each other for example by gluing. But it is also any other suitable closure option, such as locking, welding, locking or lashing-like mating possible.
  • the thickness of the walls 40 corresponds to the thickness of the support webs, which can be spoken of an extremely thin-walled construction.
  • the two wall elements 40 which are opposite to each other, may also be formed like a strip, extending from the bottom support ribs and then the band-like element 40 comes that then continues in the support webs 7 already shown upwards to the connecting member 6.
  • the two wall elements 40 extend approximately over half the height of the bottle or represent about two-fifths of the height of the carrier. These details are exemplary. Of course, the height of the wall elements can be designed appropriately.
  • the webs 7 may be formed like a sipe, as is apparent from the section AA of Figure 4 b schematically. But even the wall elements 40 are formed like a sickle in the region of the support webs or in the region of the continuation of the support webs, resulting in a certain stiffening effect. A corresponding bead is also provided in the handle 41.
  • the closure mechanism on the other side can also be provided in the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 a and 4 b, that is, in the connecting member 6, which is then formed in two parts. In this case, the bottom 1 is then not constructed of two halves, but rather continuous.
  • the carrier can after FIGS. 4 a and 4 b also have further embodiments explained in the above-described embodiment, such as pinole-like bumps in the bottom and the like.
  • the backing may be made by injection or deep drawing and is preferably made of a high strength recyclable material, especially polyethylene terephthalate.
  • the carrier can also be used for disposable and reusable packaging. Ie. the carrier can be returned, in particular for the return transport of empty bottles, can then be cleaned and put back into circulation.
  • the carrier is produced by extrusion, starting from a foil or a flat plate with a thickness of 0.2 to 0.8 mm, wherein the films are guided over rollers, calendered and punched out over a roller.
  • the bead-like shaping takes place at elevated temperatures in a stamping process.
  • a production by injection molding is possible.
  • Fig. 5 shows a similar embodiment as Figs. 1 to 4, but there is the support frame folded from top to bottom, wherein the closure elements, there denoted by 11 and 12, are provided on the bottom, which is divided into two bottom halves 13 and 14 is.
  • a one-piece connecting web 15 is provided in the upper area, ie where the bottles are inserted.
  • the closure elements are again expediently designed as a latching or snap connection.
