Claims (6)

  1. Récipient (1) comportant un fond (2), des parois latérales (3) et une ouverture (4) entourée d'un bord circonférentiel (5), le récipient (1) présentant un dispositif de fermeture (10) pour l'ouverture (4) comportant un cadre (11) et un couvercle (12), le cadre (11) étant relié au bord circonférentiel (5) du récipient (1) au moyen d'une liaison par encliquetage en formant une force de retenue FH, le bord circonférentiel (5) du récipient (1) présentant une section transversale en forme de U, la liaison par encliquetage entre le cadre (11) et le bord circonférentiel (5) étant réalisée au moyen d'un certain nombre de crochets d'encliquetage (16) disposés le long de la circonférence du cadre (11), lesquels crochets d'encliquetage s'encliquettent dans le bord circonférentiel (5) en forme de U, le cadre (11) présentant un profil en forme de U comportant une bande extérieure (13) et une bande intérieure (14),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - au moins le fond (2) et les parois latérales (3) du récipient (1) sont réalisés en matière plastique emboutie, l'épaisseur de paroi des parois latérales (3) étant d'au moins 0,1 mm et d'au plus 0,8 mm,
    - l'épaisseur de paroi dans la région du bord circonférentiel (5) est d'au moins 0,5 mm et d'au plus 1,8 mm,
    - et en ce que la rigidité des parois latérales (3) est suffisamment faible pour que le récipient (1) soit déformé sous l'effet d'une force F1 sur les parois latérales (3), ainsi qu'une force de desserrage FL sur la liaison par encliquetage, provoquée par l'effet de la force F1 sur les parois latérales (3), ne dépasse pas la force de retenue FH.
  2. Récipient (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les parois latérales (3) sont renforcées par une bandelette (6) en carton.
  3. Récipient (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les crochets d'encliquetage (16) présentent respectivement une extrémité relevée (25) qui, lorsque le cadre (11) est à l'état assemblé, entoure une région du bord circonférentiel (5).
  4. Récipient (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les parois latérales (3) sont renforcées au moins dans certaines régions par des nervures.
  5. Récipient (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le dispositif de fermeture (10) présente au moins des premiers moyens de verrouillage (18) maintenant le couvercle (12) dans une position fermée sur le cadre (11).
  6. Récipient (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le cadre (11) et le couvercle (12) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce et sont reliés l'un à l'autre par au moins une charnière à film (17).
