Definitions

  • the invention relates to a basin, in particular glass sink, which comprises a pool wall with a flange for attachment to a support device, in particular worktop, table top or the like.
  • Basin usually has a flange-like device to be attached to a support device can.
  • NL-C-1003111 describes a basin with the features of the preamble of claim 1. There are forms in which the flange is enlarged as a kind of table top.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a pool in which the pelvic body may have a simple geometric shape and yet the attachment to a plate-like support device is possible.
  • the pelvic body is designed bowl-like-flangeless and that a collar is provided which is glued firmly to the pelvic wall to form a support or support that extends beyond the periphery of the pelvic body and to the support device attach is.
  • the collar contains one or more sufficiently rigid, flat strips of material and is glued on a top wall surface of the pelvic body.
  • the collar contains one or more sufficiently viable angle profiles and is glued to an outside wall surface of the pelvic body.
  • the material of the collar includes metals and metal alloys, which are inherently corrosion resistant or can be made corrosion resistant by coating.
  • stainless steel comes as a material of the collar into consideration.
  • plastic or glass can also be used. In the latter case, it may be appropriate to paint the underside of the collar in order to obtain a correct color connection to the support device.
  • the adhesive for securing the collar to the pelvic body must have sufficient strength to withstand occurring loads.
  • the adhesive should be sufficiently elastic to withstand temperature changes that lead to different thermal expansions of the bodies involved.
  • a colorless transparent adhesive is preferred, which is either colorless or, in the case of colored glass, colored like this.
  • a support device in particular a worktop or table top is provided.
  • the smooth transition from table top to the pool is often desired.
  • a gap is created between the pelvic body and the carrier device, in which an LED illumination device is arranged.
  • the lighting device used is a sealing strip with individual LEDs, for which there are connection possibilities to a so-called LED connect system via solder pad.
  • the light band is available with a low band height, namely ⁇ 5 mm, and with a width of 10 mm.
  • the light band can be produced with suitable length, whereby multiple lengths of 56 mm or 140 mm can be assembled.
  • the LED light band is attached to the support device and / or to the collar so that the upper edge of the pool is illuminated on at least part of its circumference. The coupling of the light is thus flat and from the outside of the pool.
  • the light is distributed in the material of the pool, which may consist of clear, frosted or colored glass.
  • the LED light band is available in red, yellow, green, blue and white, and light bands with these colors can be assembled. It is also possible to display advertisements for performed procedures, for example it is possible to indicate whether the pelvis has been disinfected.
  • a light band is preferably used with LEDs that form light sections with different colors, each section is assigned a control value generator to control the associated portion of the light band. You can code so different fittings on the sink, but also water temperature, dispensed amounts of water or other means and the like.
  • the control device has at least one actuation output for actuators in order to perform actuation functions, in particular on opening and closing organs, as a function of the or the control value transmitter.
  • Such opening and closing members may relate to the valve at a water fitting, a soap dispenser and / or a disinfectant dispenser.
  • a control value transmitter can be designed as a proximity switch, which can be triggered by an object, for example the hand, so that a control signal is output to the controller. In this way it is possible to operate fittings without contact and to display the type of operation in a coded manner. This display can be done before the corresponding valve is actuated.
  • control value transmitter Several location areas can be defined to the control value transmitter, so that different control value signals are triggered, which can be evaluated by the control device in an adapted manner.
  • a weak approach can mean cool water and a strong rimpedement hot water. This can be indicated in advance by the coded illumination.
  • it is possible to differentiate a pure display phase from a combined display and control phase for example, by operating the illumination device in the second phase with increasing and decreasing luminous intensity. While in the pure display phase, no actuation of the fittings is made, this is done in the combined display and control phase, which is marked as with flashing light or increasing and decreasing light intensity.
  • the control value transmitter is interrogated, and depending on where the hand is in the detection range of the control value transmitter, for example, becomes colder or given off hot water. If the hand is pulled away during the second, sensitive phase, the valve is locked.
  • FIG. 1 From a pelvic body 1, only one edge region with a flat upper side 2, a curved outer side 3 and an equally curved inner side 4 is shown.
  • the pelvic body 1 may for example form a spherical cap or Ellipsoidkalotte or be formed by another bowl-like flangeless simple geometric body.
