Claims (5)
- Eine einem WalzgerGst zugeordnete Bridleeinheit mit mehreren verstellbar unterhalb und oberhalb des Bandlauf angeordneten Rollen, die mittels eines Antriebs aus einer Ausgangsposition zum Band hin und vom Band zurück in die Ausgangsposition bewegbar sind, ist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Walzspalt (9) des Walzgerüstes (1) nächstgelegene Rolle (11) mittels eines Zusatzantriebs (18) aus einer Ausgangsposition (12) unterhalb des Bandlaufs oder aus einer Ausgangsposition (13) oberhalb des Bandlaufs zum Band (4) hin bewegbar ist, wobei der Umfang der Rolle (11) bei einem Einsatz der Bridleeinheit zur Colorierung des Bandes (4) das Band (4) nach oben oder unten von der horizontalen Durchlauflinie (8) ablenkt und einen Einlaufwinkel (17) oberhalb oder unterhalb der Durchlauflinie (8) bildet. - Bridleeinheit nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Walzspalt (9) des Walzgerüstes (1) nächstgelegene Rolle (11) in beliebige Zwischenpositionen zwischen der Ausgangsposition (12) unterhalb des Bandlaufs und dem Band (4) oder zwischen der Ausgangsposition (13) oberhalb des Bandlaufs und dem Band (4) bewegbar ist. - Bridleeinheit nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Positionsgeber die Position der dem Walzspalt (9) des Walzgerüstes (1) nächstgelegene Rolle (11) erfasst. - Bridleeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zusatzantrieb (18) als beideitig beaufschlagbarer, druckmitteibetriebener Zylinder ausgestaltet ist. - Bridleeinheit nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange (19) des Zylinders (18) an einem in einer Vertikalführung (21) verschieblichen Traggerüst (22) für die dem Walzspalt (9) des Walzgerüstes (1) nächstgelegenen Rolle (11) angreift.
